This is a 400 year old family home turned into a wonderful, intimate lodging. This is not a franchise which is why we chose to stay here. The family is present, gracious and generous with their time. Exploring the area was full of beautiful vistas, great food and laughter as we tried to speak our barely acceptable Spanish. Consider staying during the spring and/or fall as it is not as busy then. Thank you to Beatriz and her lovely mother for the welcome and laughs.

We stayed in this beautiful location for one night while walking the Camino. We wish we could have stayed longer. Bea is an amazing host - she felt like a close friend by the time we left her. This is a home which has been in the family since the 1600s. The family takes pride in their heritage and the building and grounds reflect that. The pool set in the vineyards was a beautiful treat. Exploring the grounds are liking taking a step back in time. It was the most relaxing experience to sip their wine and look out over the vineyards and mountains. A perfect stay!

A most wondrous find at the last minute. Amazing 410 yo farmhouse in the middle of an award winning vineyard & winery. Lovely, hospitable family, beautiful furnishings & nice breakfast, all at an unbelievably low rate. No complaints at all, I will spread the word to my friends visiting Galicia.

We loved the vine yards, white wine was excellent, the pool water looked aqua… Not the best. breakfast was excellent, rooms were good, Beatrix, is an awesome lady… She owns it and runs it. She is very helpful and can't do enough for you… I would definitely recommend this place.

The property is located in a beautiful and relaxing area. Ammenities are great, the house itself is gorgeous and well maintained and the staff makes you feel like family. Great experience overall.

We stayed at Os Areeiros while hiking El Camino. First of all the property is beautiful. The historic 17th century house is located on a small farm (Finca) and vineyard. The real pleasure of our visit was the hospitality and wonderful meals provided by Beatrice and her mother. We were there on a rainy afternoon so they started a fire in the huge fireplace. We had a totally relaxing visit. Thank you Os Areeiros.

The stay was magnificent. A paradise away from everything and at the same time close. The house is surrounded by vineyards and the pool creates an environment of calm and tranquility so sought after when traveling.
Bea was super attentive in everything and helped us with our trips and questions.
For us and the girls an ideal place.
