My partner and I got married locally at Cala Dei Balcani, we had many guests staying at Hotel Aurora. We throughly enjoyed our stay! All staff were very helpful and made our trip and time together very enjoyable! Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful, our rooms were always cleaned to a top standard.

The cappuccino was exquise en tripworthy, made by coffeequeen Romina. Is was a kosmic experience to be a part of the given coffee lecture by queen Romina. In hotel Aurora e del Benessere via Pola 33 Santa Cesarea Terme Italy. Personel is helpfull and friendly in this beautifull hotel , in a stunning town.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences ever. Extremely dirty to the point of wanting to leave, very basic facilities lacking essentials. Will not be visiting again. Stay somewhere else! This is clearly not a 4 star hotel.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I booked 4 nights in August on the hotel website. I chose the DELUXE SEA VIEW room 25 m2, therefore the best type. Cost for 4 nights: €946 Just go to their website to see the photos of the room I've chosen or see them attached here. But the room they gave us was pitiful! At most 15 square meters, practically non-existent sea view and decadent general conditions! Also here you can see the real photos of the room attached. I spoke to the owner and he confirmed that this was a Deluxe sea view room and that at most he could give me a discount of €20 per day (!!!). That room for me is not even worth 70€ a day. We ran away after a few minutes and had to look for another available hotel in Puglia in the middle of August... which wasn't easy at all. For me this is called SCAM, shame on you!

Ho trascorso due settimane in questo magnifico hotel con bellissimi mosaici ed una piscina in terrazza all’ultimo piano. Il Direttore una persona cordiale simpatica, sempre disponibile e gentile un vero professionista del settore. Per non parlare di tutto il personale della Reception, al personale di sala ed al personale delle pulizie e della cucina. Come Raffaella la cuoca una mamma per tutto lo staff che ci ha deliziato con piatti fantastici una persona fantastica. Un grazie particolare alle ragazze della reception che ci hanno fatto trascorrere lunghe giornate consigliato su siti e belle location del posto . Un grazie al mitico Livio un vero personaggio un ragazzo molto in gamba simpatico e sempre sorridente Siamo stati letteralmente coccolati da tutto il personale una vera e propria famiglia, siamo andati via lasciando delle persone fantastiche che speriamo di rivedere quanto prima Un saluto ai proprietari che abbiamo conosciuto una sera in hotel . Grazie grazie a tutti voi di ♥️

Personale estremamente cordiale e premuroso, le noti dolenti derivano da tutto il resto...camera spartana con bagno senza finestra e senza aspirazione forzata, wi-fi assente per 7 giorni su 7, zona benessere su prenotazione (mai capitato in una struttura a 4 stelle), accappatoi su richiesta, aria condizionata (si fa per dire) con il termostato impostato a 26,9 gradi non modificabile,solo una tessera per entrare in camera, quindi disagi per una famiglia di 4 persone come noi con la figlia di 21 anni che non aveva le stesse tempistiche nostre. Passando alla colazione siamo nella norma, la cena, lasciamo perdere: decisamente sotto la media di quella che è la cucina in salento, antipasti monotoni e pesantucci, sia di carne che di pesce, primi discreti, secondi assurdi per un 4 stelle,grigliata mista di solo maiale, cotoletta di pangasio, scaloppa di sgombero, tagliata di pollo, mini spiedino di pollo,cozze sempre....in altre parole tutti piatti poveri non degni , ripeto, di un 4 stelle.

La settimana di ferragosto 2024, abbiamo soggiornato con mio marito in questo hotel, non mi soffermo su quanto offrono a colazione o a cena perché potrebbe essere soggettivo ma di sicuro non all’altezza di una offerta a 4 stelle, sì sa è la settimana più richiesta e più cara e il giorno di ferragosto, cosi come accade in tutti gli hotel si organizza qualcosa per gli ospiti, aperitivo a bordo piscina oppure menù particolare ecc. nulla di tutto questo delusione assoluta. Ho chiesto del ghiaccio da mettere sulla caviglia al direttore e mi ha fatto problemi non aveva un contenitore, poi ha rimediato con quello sintetici che non raffreddava, alla fine ci è venuto incontro il ragazzo del bar, nella SPA, a parte la gentilezza degli operatori i quali ci hanno offerto la loro acqua da bere, non è presente nessuna fontanina o punto di ristoro all’interno, a proposito di acqua, capisco che le bevande sono escluse ma un litro di acqua a tavolo credo che sia in minimo che si deve offrire agli ospiti. Sembra che la politica aziendale sia quella di non fidelizzare il cliente, tanto il prossimo anno viene gente diversa, a me personalmente, dispiace, primo perchè abbiamo pagato per un servizio non corrispondente e secondo tutto ciò non è un buon biglietto da visita per il territorio salentino. Sconsigliato.
