The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean and modern and the service was great. We thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was not, but there was a sizable mini fridge so that worked for us. The continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was great! Several options and the food was very good. The room was quiet and it was located near many attractions, such as the Museum of Natural History. It was only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches and the SB Zoo as well. We had our 5-year-old with us and it was family friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay.
The hotel is not too far from the pier, about 15 minutes drive.
We arrived at 2 o'clock, and the hotel still checked us in early, in a family room that can accommodate 4 people.
There are two washbasins, which is quite convenient.
The breakfast is average and not suitable for Chinese tastes. There are only cakes, coffee, milk and fruits.
It's very quiet. The seafood at the pier is delicious. You can try it.

We would book this accommodation again if we were to travel to Santa Barbara again. There are many restaurants, a great bookstore (Chaucer's) and a large supermarket (Gelson's) directly across from the accommodation. The pool is not heated, which is really not necessary in the summer. In the morning, coffee and hot water for tea etc. is available at the reception.
The room was quite big and very clean. The room I booked also has a balcony and a courtyard outside, which is quite special. It will be very enjoyable to have a cup of tea or coffee. I like it personally and recommend it!
Authentic Mid-Century Modern home at the quiet end of a family-friendly street. Filled with sunshine from floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the tropical backyard with a fire pit, lounge area, and outdoor dining space. Centrally located—just 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara, the Santa Barbara harbor and pier, or out to UCSB. Less than 10 minutes to Arroyo Burro Beach and only 3 minutes to upper State Street shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, La Cumbre Plaza, and the Santa Barbara Golf Course. This home is also close to the 154 which accesses the Santa Ynez Valley wine country—30-40 minutes away.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 28.About events:No events allowed.
Ideally located in Santa Barbara, great value for money and lovely ownership. A good motel overall, not hotel quality but you get what you pay for and we were happy for the night.
The hotel is close to the old church and the courthouse; 15 minutes drive from the beach, so the price will be cheaper
There is free parking, parking is convenient; it is convenient to eat around; a French restaurant opposite, it is recommended
The store is clean and tidy, but no breakfast, no microwave, other well-equipped
The hotel is near the 101 highway, and the navigation can be directed to it directly. The front desk clerk was very patient. The room is relatively large, the bed is also very big, relatively comfortable. There are gas stoves, sinks, microwaves and ovens in the room, but no kitchenware. Although the facilities and equipment are not very new, they are generally okay. Because there is no carpet, there is basically no smell in the room. The air conditioner sounded a bit loud, and turned off when I went to bed at night, and it was not very cold. There are breakfast shops around. It takes ten minutes to drive to the supermarket in town. A woman might knock on the wrong door late at night, she was very scared at the time. Overall, it is recommended as an overnight hotel.
