Ideally located in Santa Barbara, great value for money and lovely ownership. A good motel overall, not hotel quality but you get what you pay for and we were happy for the night.

Tiny room. Ripped curtains. Flat pillows. Sheets not fitted,falling off bed exposing mattress. Tiny bathroom. Owners should be very embarrassed.

Backed up tub and toilet
My family and I were there for a wedding and all of a sudden the tub and the toilet were clogged. Not only was it our room but also the 2 rooms next to us. We couldn’t shower or use the restroom for about a couple of hours. They also never offered any type of compensation.
