Love love love the location! this is the perfect location for tourists and anybody really, all the shopping and dining are minutes away by walk. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very cooperative, thier communication was made convienent and efficient. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. my only thing was i wished they had a microwave in the room.

The hotel design is modern and clean. The location couldn't be more convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pedestrian street in front of the hotel makes it uber-walkable. The rooms are great for one person, but too small for even a couple. One person has to climb over the other because the bed is small and pushed up against the back wall. The toilet room is not completely private because of a design fail. The room is also dark, with only one small window and not a lot of lighting. We didn't have a bad experience, but we'd probably stay somewhere else the next time.

The occasion for our stay was a quick staycation. My husband and I are familiar with the area. When we saw this hotel pop up we thought it would be worth checking out and it definitely did not disappoint. Staff is very friendly. Love the cute names for the little coffee shop - Dawn and the bar - Dusk. Our room was a smaller room - very Cozy. Only item - the hanging lamp maybe be raised a bit. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

This would be a fine hotel if all you want to do is bar hop around town at night but it is not at all a comfortable or practical place to stay for business travel or a prolonged visit. No iron, extremely poor lighting, very small, limited privacy, very very loud, expensive parking, no business center, no lobby/front desk, didn’t get fresh towels daily.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are tiny but well decorated and clean. Beware the shower/bathroom area isn't particularly private (lots of glass and a weird sliding door). My biggest complaint and why we would not stay here again is that the noise on the street is so so loud. We stayed on a Saturday night and attempted to go to bed around 11pm but there was loud bass actually shaking our bed until at least 2am. If you're planning to stay out really late this maybe wouldn't be an issue for you but it made our stay really suck. Also, the parking isn't well marked and we ended up in the lot right behind the hotel (not the correct lot) and paid $33/day for parking instead of $25/day. Annoying but wouldn't have been a deal breaker if we had slept well.

The room felt was very compact and felt a little sterile. My partner and I felt like we were stacked on top of each other. With the convenient location and easy access to parking, I would say this is a good weekend stop.
