"The hotel is located on the main street of Santa Barbara and offers plenty of free parking, comfortable amenities, wonderful service, and greatly helpful staff.
We had a great time staying there!"
"The room rates in Santa Barbara are generally high, but this one is OK, mainly because it includes breakfast. The hotel is not new, the room has a bit of odor, but the front desk is quite friendly, so it's pretty good overall. There is a Starbucks across the street, and a light food shop run by two Chinese people. I went there for lunch and had a bowl of eel rice, which was very good."
"This hotel has an elegant environment, the room is clean and comfortable; the bathroom lighting is soft and warm, which makes people feel very comfortable. A beautiful painting is also hung, adding beauty to the room; the front desk can self-service hot water and coffee, this is rare in the United States, can drink hot water is great!"

"I called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable.
All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway.
This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024."

Great
DDarwin927A very stylish Danish hotel. We arrived late at night and it looked quite nice with the lights on. There will be mist in the early morning of winter, which makes it difficult to take pictures. The room we booked has a very high ceiling and is quite comfortable. But the indoor stove didn’t work, and it wasn’t very good because I didn’t know how to use it. The bread for breakfast was from Olsen and it was pretty good.
RrobertaAbsolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust. The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

Very Good
GGarciaThe hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽
GGuest UserThe front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay.
At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.
The room is classic old money style

Very Good
GGuest UserComfortable inn with clean and spacious rooms. Quite old, even when you stay in the hotel tower. They do not have complimentary drinking water but they do have coffee machine and fridge in the room. They have a heated pool and small jacuzzi as well. No breakfast in the hotel but The Pantry across the road is a must try.
Their gym is compact, complete and clean. However, the corridor in the basement leading to it can be eerie for some.
KKurt CoyneSAN Marcos Motel was a great place to spend our night. The room was a good size even with the king sized bed. The room had a small refrigerator with a separate freezer. There was an area to hang clothes and to stow the luggage. There was also a separate single chair for relaxing and a desk wit a chair which was great place to use the laptop. The bathroom had a toilet, a single sink and an enclosed shower. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the loud highway and bars. Very peaceful. Will look at this place to rent on our next trip
还还行还行The hotel is very good, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious, there is a special special offer, the hotel is on the beach, the beach is just a street away, the beach is beautiful. Parking service is also very good, but if you want to park in the hotel, you can only valet parking, you need to spend 32USD, the orange ticket given by the waiter must be collected, you must have a small ticket to pick up the car, when you go, it is recommended A 10USD tip for the valet parking attendant. The service quality of the waiter is also very good, very friendly to the children, and the children are very happy to play. I recommend everyone to go to Santa Barbara to stay at this hotel, praise! ! !

DDeryne Sim5 star service and hospitality all around!! I stayed at Motel 6 Santa Maria during the AIDS Lifecycle ride. The room was sparkling clean, well maintained, and everything looked new. Wifi was fast, airconditioning worked and there was even a good-sized table and chair to eat or work on. The onsite laundry room was a godsend after accumulating 3 days of dirty laundry on the ride. The staff even brought her own Tide laundry soap to donate to riders doing laundry. I love this Motel 6 more than some 5-star hotels I've stayed in in the US.
UunitlancerOverall a good experience as seen from pictures. The person who served us (a lady) was very pleasant as well.
Only issue I had with the property is that they did not inform us that they were paving the roads in the morning. It was very dusty and surprised us. The dust was flying everywhere and we were awoken by the noise, even though it was only 9plus to 10 and check out was 1100hrs. If we knew we would have left earlier.
One thing I can also say is the fridge is bigger than any hotels we stayed, so kudos to that as we could put our stuff in.
