Just returned after two wonderful weeks at this beautiful hotel. All the staff are are a real credit to the place, from the morning waitresses, evening waiters and reception staff. We stayed in a property in the glorious gardens, very clean and good bathroom. The place was serviced daily, Drinking water was provided by an artic dispenser, for you to use as needed. Air con was a real bonus as we had temps of 34 degrees most days. Can honesty say this was the best holiday we have had , don’t book if you like plastic five star places, this is more of a restful retreat place, Adults only, pure perfect peace, enjoy.

What a beautiful, relaxing hotel! We had a wonderful week here, enjoying the gorgeous gardens and terraces of the grounds of Biniarocca. The staff were fantastic and lovely to chat to and the food delicious. Wandering round the gardens,enjoying the plants, quiet seats and tortoises wandering round were some of the highlights for me.

The Biniarroca hotel continues to be our favourite holiday destination. The staff are always friendly, provide a first class service, whilst the food is excellent and the surroundings are lovely. I cannot recommend this small rural hotel enough. We continue to visit twice a year.

An absolutely delightful secluded hotel a few miles from Mao in St Luiz. Our second visit and it was comforting to be remembered by the staff who were all returning from last year as the season opens in 2023. Lots of space around the large property and a wonderful swimming pool and pool bar. Plenty of space to relax. Service levels excellent; all the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with all the amenities you need. Choice of rooms in the main house or in the chalets on the side. Great breakfast with bacon and eggs and lots of local goodies. Fresh fruit to die for. Restaurant on the terrace a must too. We will be back next year.

Recently widowed on my first ever solo holiday, this is the only place on the planet I wanted to be. My wife and I were there 7 years ago and the staff greeted me like a long lost friend. The restaurant is superb, the rooms very comfortable, nothing ever too much trouble. The pool and gardens are so pretty and well kept, a photographer's paradise! Dealing with mixed emotions, hugs were available any time!! I loved being there again, home from home! Thank you xx

We LOVED this charming, idyllic hotel! It is peaceful and relaxing, has a lovely pool and beautiful gardens. Brilliant breakfast with home-cooked treats, every morning slightly different and served by the loveliest people. Our room (6) had a large terrace and lovely antique furniture. Tortoises roam the pretty garden. What a labour of love it was for the owner to renovate this house. She did a brilliant job and is no doubt smiling down from heaven on her happy guests. I will always return to this perfect place. The only things to improve would be better toiletries, esp shampoo + conditioner and better bedlinen. Otherwise all great !

This hotel is a little gem. Cannot recommend it highly enough. All the staff are amazing, so friendly, helpful and totally FABULOUS. What a team! Tranquil setting, spotlessly clean and the food at breakfast, poolside and dinner is local produce cooked, served and presented beautifully. Love this place.

This was my 3rd visit to Biniarroca and I'm now afraid to try anywhere else. Where else would I receive such excellent service from a dedicated team of staff, where else would I be able to indulge in a delicious breakfast and dinner, where else would I be able to relax in gorgeous and peaceful surroundings. Don't even want to try and find somewhere else! I'll be back. LOVE this place.
