Welcome to this wonderful rural villa for 12 guests, located in Son Carrió, with a beautiful private garden and pool. This country house offers a fresh and lively garden and all around. The lawn, surrounding the salted pool, creates the perfect place for bare foot little walks feeling the freshness or to place up to 12 sun loungers and sunbathe or read a book comfortably under the thatched parasols. There also is a children corner where they can play outdoors. When it becomes really hot, the best plan is a dip into the pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the depth goes from 0.90 to 2.20 metres. After the swim, the barbecue and the large wooden table are waiting for you. In short, let's say this is a little paradise where you will disconnect from the real world and rest with total privacy. The accommodation, fully sustainable with solar energy, has two buildings, the main house and a little annexed house.

The house offers complete privacy in a pleasant and quiet environment. The rooms are of high quality, modern and comfortably furnished. There is heating and also air conditioning.Ideal for two or three people. The bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes has direct access to the bathroom: two sinks, bidet, toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer.For the third person there is an extra bedroom with a comfortable pull-out sofa, toilet, hand wash basin and shower. From the terrace that runs around the finca, you can see the sea on the horizon but also enjoy the unobstructed view of the ever-green hilly landscape of Mallorca, which surrounds the entire property (almond / olive plantations, sheep meadows). It is a piece of earth with particularly high energy - you can recharge your batteries here! The small seaside resort SÍllot is only 4 km away. Roman excavations have shown that this location is on one of the main energy lines on Earth - and in direct extension to it is Son Fanc.The large coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, Arta or Manacor are only 15 minutes away. Whether you want to enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking or culture, everything is practically reachable from here ... that's why we don't have a pool. After all, we are on an ISLAND!
