Lovely week away here. Staff were all lovely, very helpful and informative. Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. We were room 517 and the view was really amazing. Very close to beach so we didn’t use the pool but saw it being cleaned daily. Takes about 30 mins to walk from one end of the bay to the other and there are plenty of shops, cafes, bars etc around within very easy walking distance. Had a nice relaxing week and would recommend.

We had a great family holiday here. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and had everything we needed and were cleaned well daily. There were plenty of beds around the pool but you do need to get in there early to get one. The evening and breakfast buffet were great quality with a different range of things each evening. The entertainment was just ok. The staff worked hard but what was advertised was not always on. For instance, our children were so excited to do the pool mat activity and were around the pool for hours waiting for it. After waiting hours, I enquired to be told that the staff were busy blowing up balloons instead! This was very disappointing for the children waiting. One of the best things was how close the hotel was to the beach. There were also shops a one minute walk away which were expensive but useful. The supermarket around 20 mins walk away was much cheaper for a big shop. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but would maybe try another of the many hotels in Cala Millor

Lovely aparthotel. Rooms perfect, clean and everything we (3 adults, 10yo, 12yo) needed. Ideally situated, 2 mins from excellent beach. Pool perfectly clean and well designed. Maid service daily - everything perfect. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we were fully self catering, but several good restaurants within 7-8 mins walk.

Family of four stayed in a lateral room with ocean view. Hotel staff including front desk, dining, and cleaning are kind, attentive, and helpful. No problems with room or service. Coffee maker, compact refrigerator, dishes/utensils, and small dining table/bar in the room. Comfortable beds (kids slept on sofa beds w/bedding provided). Indoor pool is small but clean. Outdoor pool is refreshing with lots of seating. Beach access is just beyond the deck through a secure door with multiple showers available to rinse off sand before re-entering. Towels available poolside for a deposit. At the beach, chairs can be rented under umbrellas for a nominal fee (unaffiliated with hotel). Half board dining service was pleasant and food was plentiful and good quality. Drinks available for purchase at dinner. Entertainment offered in the evening. We stayed for the Flamenco show, which didn't disappoint! Unsecured wifi access provided. The hotel is visibly dated and could use a touch of modernization. During a short stay, we stayed close to the hotel for beach access, and we took a snorkeling excursion, which offered lasting memories!

Stayed here with 2 other adults for 1 week in September 2024. Hotel situated in quieter part of Cala Millor .hotel reception bright and spacious . Check in was smooth staff very helpful . We opted to upgrade from 2 bed to 2 bed apt for 45 euro extra per night. We were in room 519 which was very spacious. From the balcony we had a good view of pool and of course the sea and could watch the sun rise every morning . Both bedroom of good size with plenty of hanging / storage space ( more than enough hangers for the three of us . Kitchen was adequate but no cupboard space to but any shopping in so just had to leave it out . Bathroom nice and spacious . In all everything was clean . Shower would start hot but then it would suddenly go cold and back to hot again. We booked b&b but on out first night we decided we’d pay to eat in restaurant paid 29 euros each which was not really value for money . Hot food was lukewarm warm so not really enjoyable . Breakfast - good selection of breads pastries meats cheese cereal and fruit . But again hot food bacon eggs beans were always lukewarm so we often used microwave to reheat . There is a spar about 100 meters from hotel But was a bit on the expensive side so use the independent shop just accros the road . Entertainment seemed to be more for the kids really . It’s a nice hotel but we would prefer to stay in a slightly different location
