Perfect self catering apartment! Clean, modern, no frills, PERFECT location for everything! ALDI in view one street behind, beach in view a stones throw away from the front entrance, one hotel width behind the main *****... I'm not exaggerating when I say you could walk to any of these in far less than 1minute. Genuinely surprised at how spacious it is.... although 1 bedroom the apartment could probably comfortably fit 4 adults (we came as 1 adult and 2 children ages 17 and 12) . ... the "sofa bed" isn't the pull put type... it's literally 2 seprate sofas/mattresses of full single length and width! Aircon with seprate thermostats for the lounge and the bedroom to keep all sleepers happy and comfortable. Literally wouldn't change anything... and I'm usually one for constructive criticism! Pool is good sized although not massive, they allow pool toys etc has lifeguard on till 6pm, 2 sunloungers under every parasol, has the sun all day from 8am to 6pm ish while we were here. No bar or entertainment facilities but weren't expecting this as an apartment not a hotel... but there's a small shop directly opposite, or aldi is almost just as close anyway for daytime drinks and snacks. Also lots of restaurants and cafes directly outside the door too... iv walked further for a meal actually within a hotel in all honesty.

Lovely hotel It's perfect. We enjoyed the adult only area, although you have to get up early to get q spot and some people left.towels there for a while before actually going there. The food was amazing and there is loads of choice. The rooms were ok although we did have an issue with sewage smell on a few occasions

This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I always stay at Floriana but due to booking late I had to stay at Floriana and this hotel and let me tell you, this hotel was absolutely brilliant. Extremely clean hotel especially the pool area the washing area and reception. M.A. Caldentey Was the best. He let me check in a little earlier due to swapping hotels it was hectic but he was very friendly and very helpful. In fact all the reception including night time were outstanding. Floriana is good and hotel does help you but it is too hectic there. The room view was phenomenal. The hotel does not bother you and leaves you to it. It’s like being at home. The room has so much more then the Floriana and yet they are both 3 star. I would quite easily give this more stars. My Children do not want to leave here. I have been a protur member and staying at their hotels for 4 years. My only very small thing I would say is a vac is needed to clean The floor to pick up all the little bits after someone has vacated. I think that’s what the other reviews say because it is difficult with a brush never the less they had the room cold when we got there. It was like new. Everything you need was already here. I haven’t had to ring reception once. I was so shocked at the sunbed area that even by 9 45 this morning people haven’t reserved any. Everyone is amicable and friendly. No one is getting up rushing for sunbeds where at Floriana I couldn’t get any sunbeds and people are reserving from 6 am. Thank you M.A. Caldentey

The view is great. If you want to be in the center of Cala Mallor tourism, this is your spot. Kitchen supplies are minimal. There was some major construction going on a block toward the sea which disturbed us, so we asked for a move and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful.

The staff at the hotel were lovely helpful & friendly. It’s in a really good location a few minutes from the beach & surrounded be lots of shops & restaurants. The towels & bedding doesn’t get changed during your stay unless you pay extra for it. We stayed for one week & feel they should’ve been charged at least once as standard. The beds are very uncomfortable & creaked really loudly when moving or turning over.

They shouldn’t charge more money to clean your room during stay. We paid the same day rate for 7 nights as someone staying for one night and they get their room cleaned. Would be easier to make 7 separate bookings to ensure room is cleaned daily
