Me, my husband and our sun were sick from the food, everyone has thrown up and constantly had a diarrhea. We had spoiled fruits a couple of times and asked to change the plate (thanks to the stuff - they did that), whole fruits in the restaurant were durty, we needed to wash them before eating. The time for lunch is 12.30-14.15, which is exactly the sleeping time of many toddlers. Even 12 would be nive to have. We ended up eating separately and taking food to our baby. The water in the kids swimming pools was quite cold, interestingly colder than the big ones and the sea. I saw the bartender poured the cheap gin to a bottle of Bombay gin, he noticed I saw that, but he continued doing that. The cleaning service is awful, sometimes they forget to change the towels or clean the floor. And there is no cleaning on Thursdays, not a big deal, but for 4 stras hotel?! We changed our tickets and checked out earlier, the stuff at the reception was not interested in knowing the reason. When I asked is it ok with you that your gusts are leaving earlier, they told me they don't care as it is not there hotel

Amazing hotel! Just few steps from the beach. Very good food,service,room, staff - everything just perfect!!! Would definetely come back again and again!

I am very disappointed with the hotel. The reviews everywhere are great, and I didn't even think that there would be anything I wouldn't like. In the end, I don't understand at all why this hotel is considered child-friendly (other than the large number of kids). 1. There is no elevator in the hotel. Every single day we had to carry the baby and the stroller up several flights of stairs. 2. There are no ramps at the restaurants, so you can't get in with a stroller. 3. The water in the children's pool is freezing! Much colder than in the adult pool. When we mentioned this at reception, they rolled their eyes and said it was impossible. Well, they should try it themselves, at the very least. 4. There's absolutely nothing to feed the kids. Most of the food is fried, pizza, or deep-fried. There's very little in terms of vegetables. I was especially shocked by the frozen strawberries (in the middle of summer in Spain). 5. You can’t have tea during lunch or dinner. The coffee machines and hot water are turned off. When we asked why, they said something like "it’s not allowed." 6. It's stated that the hotel has a gym and spa—that’s a lie. The gym is in the neighboring hotel, and you can go there if you ask reception for a pass. However, the spa in the same neighboring hotel is not included in your stay. Why list amenities that don’t exist? 7. There's no soap in the rooms. The only bathroom amenity provided is shampoo. When we asked for soap, they brought us even more shampoo. 8. There are no hotel sun loungers on the beach; you have to rent them separately. 9. We got food poisoning at the main restaurant. My child was vomiting, and so were our friends. The staff once again rolled their eyes and said something like, "well, I guess someone else will get sick tomorrow." 10. Overall, it felt like staying in a three-star hotel. There were a lot of little things that added up to a negative experience. We absolutely don't want to come back.

Good value for money, rooms are clean, furniture not fancy at all, but still nice, perfect for families. Pools are ok, sometimes the water inside is cool but mostly perfect. Food is good quality, wide variety. The service is excellent, stuff is very nice, child friendly, helpful. Location is perfect, the see here is clear, shallow and safe for children. I recommend this place for families.

The surroundings of the hotel are very nice, with beautiful beache, lovely pools for children, and the kids' club in the hotel is a great feature. The food was average, but there was always something to choose from. On the negative side, I would say the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing. The stay was quite expensive, but the room's condition did not match the price. We wouldn't have minded the older furniture as much, but the smell from the moldy bathroom and especially the moldy air conditioning was really unpleasant.

We spent a very pleasant vacation at the Hipotels Mediterráneo Club hotel. We were here with my wife and two granddaughters. We stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We also appreciate the high-quality cleaning not only in our room, but in the entire hotel. The hotel offered a rich program for children. There were a lot of people at the two hotel pools, but we always found free sunbeds. We had half board and were very satisfied with the quality of the food. We must especially praise the professional and friendly behavior of the staff. The hotel has a great location in the city center, but at the same time in its gardens it is quiet in the evening and there is not much noise from the street. We liked the most that the hotel is almost at the beach, because we like to swim in the sea. The beach was spacious, clean. Parasols were always free for a fee. Gradual entrance to the sea, clean and warm water. I think this hotel was very good value for money.

We spent a great holiday in your hotel. We really liked the location of our apartment (building no. 17). We appreciated enough sun beds by the pool and almost no queues in the bars or the restaurant. We also liked that the tables in the restaurant were not so close to each other and so it was a comfortable dining experience. All credit to the chefs, the food was excellent, always wide choice and variety of dishes. Also I would like to mention the cleanliness of the hotel and the whole attached area and nice well looked after garden around our apartment, all service people work very hard. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be happy to recomend the hotel to others and perhas will come back again. Thank you.

Wonderful resort in a prime location. Good restaurants in very short walks and family entertainment was fantastic all day and evenings.

We have recently returned from hipotel mediterranean club with our 16 year old daughter. We were in block 20 and had sea view room which i thought was the nicest view and room we have ever stayed in, the rooms were large and had 2 sofas in lounge which you could use as beds, kitchen with microwave, toaster and kettle. Lovely modern bathroom and separate bedroom. The beds were really comfortable, it was so peaceful. We went all inclusive and paid quite a lot of money for this holiday 7 nights. Food - was ok i’m vegetarian and i didn’t think there was soy of options maybe only one! It was only warm too we always found something to eat though. Drinks - my partner usually says the drinks are watered down in other hotels we have been to, however he said beer was good some cocktails included in all inc aswell as non alcoholic kids cocktails too. We did eat out couple nights we went to Stanley’s in Cala Bona which was nice and La Casita italian which is opposite the hotel this was probably the nicest italian we have ever had it was gorgeous food and good price! No rush for sun beds either we went around 930 and always plenty left. Entertainment - We didn’t really stay around for this as our daughter is nearly 16 and found it more for little kids not much for teens and adults. This hotel is probably one of the best hotels we have been to the only thing we would change is night time entertainment we did get a bit bored. Tarik, Rafiel and Mario all lovely bar staff that had a good laugh with us. The hotel is spotless the cleaners work so hard. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for a great time ❤️
