It is good in the hotel the only thing that would be good is that they put a fridge in the room otherwise everything is great the receptionists are very friendly but there is a cleaning girl who is a bit unpleasant she seems angry all the time and I saw how she cleaned the windows from the bathroom with a towel and then folded it and left it like a clean towel

The hotel is half an hour's drive from the city, and you need to pay 2.5 euros in tax. It is a 3-story building with a large free parking lot. The room is large, with a TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, and microwave. The toilet is ok and clean.

We had held conference with approx. 100 participants. The meeting room was very big with a nice view on the green, which we unfortunately had to cover due to our IT-set up. The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. Even last minute changes were not a problem at all and they were super flexible with any requests. Catering (tea break/lunch) was served outside close to the pool area. It was a very nice set-up and view. The hotel rooms are big, clean and modern. We would for sure come again! Thank you.

Arriving to the hotel we were told they messed up the reservations and there were no rooms available but they already made a reservation in another nearby hotel. The other hotel was of much lower category. Pool closed in the other hotel, one double bed and not two individual beds. I would be quite surprised if the other hotel would be able to use the Marriott brand…..nevertheless after seeing the other hotel we went back to AC hotel San Cugat to write an official claim. Surprisingly while doing this other clients were checking in. But no room for us. But it is no shame to go when you get kicked out. I think I have had it with AC hotels and wonder how Marriott can afford their name being used in connection with those principles.

Hotel is good, you have to transfer to the city, but the subway and city express are very convenient, there are two large supermarkets near the hotel, the accommodation is very quiet, the room is good, our family is very happy to open two rooms.

Most importantly the beds were extremely comfortable which in my view is the only thing an hotel has to get right which this hotel does. The location is ok but not great but ok. Worth mentioning too was that the staff were very friendly and that there is a good breakfast buffet
