If you want to fall asleep and have the worst service in Ibiza . Come here. The worst service I have ever seen, very very slow you actually sober up in between rounds. The dj at the pool plays slow funk which is bacially sleeping music, so if you are very very tired come here and you will get a great sleep. It reminds me of going to a spa resort for a chill out. Such a shame because the hotel is very nice 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Do not stay here very dissapointed 😤 the music at the pool is slow funk not Ibiza ! When we asked for a change he said no (we are the paying customer ) very slow at the pool bar it’s not even busy ! Not good customer service guy with the get curly hair very rude not impressed

Visited as a group of 12 for my friends hen do and had the most amazing time. The hotel itself is perfect, very modern beautiful pool area with lots of options such as day beds, bean bags, sun loungers. Bar prices were very reasonable and drinks of good standard (strawberry daq’s were lovely!) We had breakfast included which was also lovely and something for everyone. Rooms were modern, great air on and mini bars and English tv. Couldn’t recommended this hotel enough so glad we booked it for our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the service was fabulous. A lovely chilled vibe and funky design with well thought out little touches. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us hints and tips. Our room was a studio, which was large with plenty of space, the bed was extremely comfortable, we asked for an extra pillow each and no problem, provided immediately, Bathroom was great and the power shower was brilliant. Air-conditioning was spot and a great relief from the 32 degree heat. Pool area is brilliant, sun beds readily available and the pool was so inviting and it was just such a relaxed vibe all day. The service around the pool was fantastic too and a special mention for Andrea, who was really nice, pleasant and a credit to your hotel. Food was exceptional and we loved the quirkiness of the menu, i would definitely recommend eating here. Good location, easily get a water taxi (less than 5 minute walk) for 4 euros each or a 15 minute walk to the main ***** area. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because as non-smokers we found it uncomfortable that smokers can smoke anywhere around the pool. Maybe, have a smoking area and a non-smoking area to satisfy everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel, thanks for making it a really enjoyable stay.

We booked this hotel as it was new and we were quite last minute so there was not a huge amount of choice. When we checked in, it was explained that they had only just opened and there may be a few teething problems, but to be honest, we had a really good experience. We had an upgraded room which was really spacious, and everything was fresh & new. The bed was on the firmer side but that doesn’t bother me. The hotel itself was quiet and in a quiet area which was perfect for us as we just wanted to chill during the day. A previous reviewer had said there was no atmosphere around the pool, but there was a DJ on and it was nice chill vibes which suited us perfectly. Set majority of staff are very friendly. The food and drinks we’re good. I would stay here again, and I think we have had it at its best time when it’s pretty quiet and everything is new. Sidenote… Taxis are a bit of a nightmare in Ibiza. Reception help as much as they can but this is really not their issue. The issue is not enough taxis at peak times. We were a group of six so needed two taxis ordering and at times one would come straight away and we will be waiting almost an hour for the next , you can’t really hail them in the street either. It’s potluck I’m afraid.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights from 17th-21st July. Honestly could not fault this hotel whatsoever and I totally disagree with any bad reviews written as had such a positive experience. Our room was modern and spacious with a huge balcony. The room was clean and was cleaned each day of our stay with fresh towels offered daily. The pool was great with plenty of sun loungers for all. Music played by the pool with a chilled vibe, a DJ on 2/4 days also. The food was amazing and we ate here 3/4 days. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Barbara who went above and beyond during our stay. Would 100% return and recommend!

AVOID THIS PLACE. The rooms were very small, the beds were uncomfortable. And the room was very dirty. They told us the hotel opened one month ago, it already looks 10 years old. The pillows smelled very bad. The staff doesn’t speak English and is not helpful at all, we asked for a taxi several times they told us it could be here in 5 minutes or one hour. The pool water is disgusting. The whole hotel is very dirty and the housekeeping is very bad, they didn’t clean the floor for 4 days, they forgot to put towels. If you are going to Ibiza AVOID THIS PLACE
