Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel - Adults Only - Club Entrance Included

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone! Upon checkout, we were suddenly charged €460 for something from the minibar, specifically a bottle of vodka that the hotel claimed was missing. This is absurd, as there was no vodka in the minibar when we arrived! Fortunately, we had proof in the form of photos and videos showing how we received the room and how we left it. The footage clearly shows that there was no vodka on the table when we arrived, and we did not use anything from the minibar during our stay. Despite sending this evidence to the hotel, they continue to insist that we used the vodka, which is absolutely not true. It seems that the hotel assumes customers will simply pay because they think everyone who stays there is super rich and won’t argue if they’re wrongly charged. This is outright fraud and truly shameful for a hotel that calls itself the "best hotel in Ibiza." Avoid this place if you don’t want to be hundreds of euros out of pocket for things you didn’t use!

Unbelievable place

Went to Ushuaia Tower rooftop Terrace for a cocktail and the view is amazing, however what an awful experience! The cocktails were dreadful, the bartender was reading the instructions on how to make them as she went along - not good when they are so expensive - one of ours was undrinkable. Then, a stool fell over - a guy went to pick it up and almost fell through the floor - the floor tile broke and a gaping hole appeared! He managed somehow to pull his leg out with no injury. Unbelievably, the bar staff made him pay for his drinks for him and his wife!!
