Wonderful hotel Extremely clean however breakfast was a very big disappointment as all hot items were cold on the hot plates. I Spoke to the staff about this but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if they could do an omelette they said they would go and speak to the chef after a few minutes they came back and said that an omelette wasn't possible. I continued the breakfast with cold items such as meat and cheeses.
The chef came out on several occasions to rearrange food at no time did he replenish the hot items
Should you wish breakfast at this location do not expect a hot buffet as it will not be hot unless you are present as they are putting the whole buffet out at the start of service. Overall a major disappointment especially with the attitude of the staff.

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for, something stylish with good transport links to other parts of the island. Hotel was clean and facilities were as stated when booking. Andy’s food and drinks bar by the pool is incredibly overpriced for the type of food that is served, nearly €40 for an average sandwich and a cocktail. Breakfast is €18 per person, if you’re not a big breakfast person then there’s a supermarket opposite selling fresh fruit and bakery items. In terms of the staff 90% were brilliant and were available to help with any queries. However the remaining 10% I did find incredibly rude and unhelpful, making comments about me looking underage when they know full well I’m over 21 (as stated as an adults only resort) as they checked my passport when I arrived at the hotel. Location of the hotel is ideal if you want to visit San Antonio for water sports (or nightlife, but we didn’t visit for that) buses towards the old town and other parts of the Island are also within walking distance from the hotel and are very reliable. Taxi’s can be very hit or miss, in our experience they tend to prioritise trips to San Antonio bars and clubs over journeys to places like the airport.

Absolutely gorge hotel, super aesthetic and staff super attentive. Food and cocktails poolside also super reasonable! Great way to spend the day, stayed in the zero suitw and would recommend to anyone feeling adventurous. One of our best holiday stays.

The hotel is pretty like it’s pictures and staff friendly. They serve food and drink around the pool which is nice. The location isn’t great for most things, you will likely need to get a cab for pretty much everything you are doing and sometimes it is very difficult to get a cab here. Breakfast is very average, deffo don’t pay extra for this. Sun loungers…. Only one side of the pool gets any sort of sun, the whole other side is in the shade all day. Even though we all have late nights everybody seems to get up at the crack of dawn and reserve any of the decent beds. The hotel also reserve the best beds for day pass guests which seems unfair when the rest of us are paying to stay. Music around the pool is bizarre, lots of 80s and there was only a dj on one of the 3 days we stayed. It is a nice hotel but their options in Bossa may be better

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradiso. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Bruno, he was really kind and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. We needed to contact the police and he called ahead to make sure we were going to the right place and we would be seen. The room was spacious and had great facilities, the only down side was that it was not cleaned very well throughout the week we stayed. The bathroom was cleaned very well however the floor did not get swept, the sides wiped or glasses replaced over 7 days. The pool and bar area was stunning however there weren’t always enough beds for guests. On a particularly busy day where we could not get a bed, we were offered to pop across the road to the sister hotel where there was space. This hotel was also beautiful and a nice change. Overall we would stay again and would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel is amazing, it’s clean and has great facilities. The staff are really helpful and friendly, particularly Bruno who went out of his way to help us. Would definitely return. My only negative was the sofabed in the room was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor.

Stayed at the Paradiso Art Hotel with friends (8 of us) beginning of May 2024 and we had a great stay. Rooms were lovely and beds/pillows comfy. Only gripe I had was I couldn’t get a kettle or a late check out but other than this it was a great place to stay and I would recommend. Staff were lovely and a big thanks to Bruno on reception for his help. Breakfast was lovely and pleased to see complimentary water in fridge on arrival (as we arrived late and shops were closed). Toiletries were good - but ladies it’s only shampoo and shower gel (no conditioner). I did use hairdryer but it took a long time so would bring my own next time. Our room also used the iron from reception. Pool and venue just beautiful - the art just fantastic along with room zero. On check out we had to use the shower room in its sister hotel a short walk from hotel. Would be better to have designated shower/change area in hotel so if management could look into this I’m sure all guests would appreciate this to make the stay more pleasant. The cocktails & vibe in pool area with DJ was excellent.

Absolutely Gorgeous Hotel!! Instagram worthy and pretty. The staff where the nicest and most helpful people, always greeted with a smile on there faces. The restaurant food was delightful and so yummy. The bedrooms were the coolest things ever! And they were lovely and clean everyday with fresh towels on the bed. Couldn’t fault it.
