From start to finish this was a fantastic holiday in everyday. Firstly the staff, from arriving to leaving where fantastic. Our daughters loved the mini disco each night and the animation team were amazing - special mention to Lucia, Agustin and Marc who always took the time to high my daughters whenever they saw them. The bar staff again were exceptional. Special shout of to Gines (the Spanish Vin Diesel) and Jose who looked after us so well. The location is beautiful with lots of areas having views of the sea which is just what we wanted. The hotel is clean and well maintained throughout. Our room was cleaned daily and had a fantastic view of the bay, although a little on the small size for a family but we only really used it for sleeping on anyway so it didn’t bother us. The food was varied and tasty and even the fussiest of people could find something to eat. An amazing hotel, in an amazing location with exceptional staff. We will be back 🤍

We booked this hotel to celebrate our daughters 40th birthday we had our two granddaughters with us aged 5 and four who fell in love with the animation team who always took time to speak with them, the food was very varied although not always hot the bar staff were very friendly and entertaining whilst making your drinks it’s always nice to interact with them it does make the feel appreciated for too many rude people a please and thank you isn’t hard, plenty of adults only areas if you’re not with children the evening entertainment was great starting with mini club that keeps the kids entertained (the staff go above and beyond for the kids) the beach is down a lot of steps it’s a shingle beach paddle boarding and other activities to do the water is clear and safe all in all would highly recommend this hotel one thing to note there are a lot of steps but don’t let this put you off giving it a try hope to be back soon

I have visited portinatx beach club many many times , As a teenager I used to come wit my mum , and now I visit with friends or family , It holds lots of great memories , The rooms do vary quite a lot , if you manage to get one with a good sea view it’s just great, a really nice dart to the day , it’s in a quiet pay of Ibiza and it’s not the place to go if you want crowds & loud music , it’s super relaxing and can be very peaceful, the food is good quality , very good salads and lots of fresh fruit available , different meat and fish options each night , for the amount of people I think they do the food very well, They definitely could improve on the drinks , but the local wine is not bad at all , I think I first came in 1985 so they are doing something right ! The way it’s built into the cliffs can be tricky but as long as you’re able it’s good exercise ! So I will be returning as long as I am able to

I do not recommend the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly, but once we got to the room, it was full of cockroaches. There were so many that we had to go to another room. We were then transferred to another room. The next morning we asked if we could stay in that room and that was fine. The receptionist was a little unclear at first, joking about it in a flirty way, which was very irritating, but at least we could stay in the room. Now we are six months later and I see on my credit card that they have charged the same full amount! We try to call them, but they don't answer. Emailed several times, but they don't let us know anything more. So now we have paid twice.... It was €400 and we have now paid a total of €800! Very unreliable hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Rooms very small. Bathroom tiny. Food was appalling and had to queue on access stairs to get in. Reception staff very unapproachable. Could not escape very loud entertainment at night as no quiet lounge areas. Visits from giant sized cockroaches and beetle in bedroom and shower every night. I would rate this hotel 3 star at best. Landscape grounds and overall setting are stunning.

The hotel is in such a lovely setting with its own small private beach. Lots of steps around the hotel but I knew this before I booked the holiday so definitely not suitable if you have walking difficulties. Short walk from hotel are two beautiful beaches which I visited most days. Rooms small but very comfortable. Restaurant nice lots of choices of food, adults only seating area too. Staff very nice and friendly. Overall great hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Beautiful location, beautiful development, great food, friendly staff. Music too loud for us each evening from 8pm - 11pm, even through closed door in our room. Loads of steps everywhere so help with luggage would’ve been welcome

Great location easy to stroll to bars and restaurants. Hotel food was very good and service great. Room was cleaned regularly and adequate for our requirements. Entertainment was surprisingly good on evenings with a good mix throughout the week

The rooms are very small, really disappointing start to holiday also not kept very clean, reception staff did their job but didn’t seem very happy in their work, all inclusive food and drink’s package was very good. Overall not a bad holiday.
