This hotel is very bad! Especially the service and the staff! Not helpfull. The food is disgusting! There is no one to complaine to. We couldnt find food in the hotel, as the restaurant closes very early. So we ordered room servise which came late and cold. And there was abosolutely no one to complain and no sorry! Also dont buy on the pictures the pool is tiny, you can not use the front row sun beds even if you stay at the hotel, they cost 100 euro. So you lay on the second row and have to walk down the stairs each time. Also no place to tan. They always have events, 2 times during the week we stayed and they get ready, so you have to listen to them checking mics by the pool and music until evening. No taxi comes here so the druve you to town for 35 euros.

Hotel Alabriga was the perfect spot for a family vacation. As a family of 4, coming from the US-this hotel was located in a great spot in Costa Brava-close to modern conveniences while also having a non touristy feel. The rooms were impeccable and the views were amazing. Close to the beach and cliffs/swimming to explore. Also walkable to town for lunch and dinners. The sea club was a mix of relaxing and fun. Our attendant, Lina made it extra special-always bringing us yummy drinks, getting us set up in a cabana, and chatting with us. At the front desk, Anna and Maria were extra helpful making reservations for us and answering all our questions. Our favorite experience was working with Xavi; the concierge manager. He booked a yacht day for us which was exceptional. He personally delivered our lunch as well as checked on us each day. This was a very memorable trip made so much better by this excellent hotel and customer service.

Suite very well equipped, modern and clean Very beautiful location with a stunning view - the village was so picturesque Especially on weekdays, little staff in the service areas – reduced breakfast offering (no buffet, however individual ordering possible) Long waiting times for food at the Seaclub Some staff members have limited English skills The hotel lacks genuine international flair (the guest and staff profile was predominantly from Eastern European and post-Soviet countries such as Russia, Lithuania, Georgia or Ukraine) and we missed the typical Spanish warmth and hospitality — that effortless blend of generosity, joy, and heartfelt welcome that makes you feel instantly at home.

This is our second stay at the Alabriga. A very beautiful location, a very beautiful hotel, and a very beautiful view. The staff is friendly, except for Mr. Mykola. We were in contact with him several times during our stay, and he was not friendly. It's unpleasant. We won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon. € 5500 requires a little more professionalism

Alabriga has turned into our Costa Brava second home by now. Since our first visit in 2023 we have been there multiple times and by now this summer, we are even changing our main summer vacation destination for Alabriga because it is the summer/beach location we enjoy the most. The hotel combines truly outstanding installation quality (being compared to the best in the world) with an easy ambience. Parking and everything are super convenient. It seems kind of surreal to find this kind of luxury on a Spanish beach, something unheard of.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and service was wonderful. Their shuttle service made getting into town very easy. The views were beautiful from our room and resort. We had a very memorable visit.
