We stayed for four days, in this structure, I have to compliment all the staff, very kind and friendly, excellent cuisine and menu, only a small handicap, dated room but a single case, it can happen. Highly recommended, for families and groups trips

I had the pleasure of staying at this facility thanks to the agreement with the HAWAY PARK aquatic facility, 2 days + Hotel Really well-kept facility even if it was noticeable in some places they were renovating. Well-kept rooms, with minimal furnishings (just 2 bedside tables and a small 2-door wardrobe). Very modern bathroom with large shower and modern style sink. The breakfast, very good, simple, not too dispersive. There are not tons of food to eat, but the right amount, even if the staff gradually replenished croissants, biscuits, yogurt, cereals, in short, classic Italian breakfast. The staff were truly exceptional, helpful, kind always available for anything. Even if it is located just 5-6km from the center of Cassino, it is truly an excellent choice. I really recommend it. The only flaw, unfortunately it only offers breakfast, so for lunch and dinner, you have to make do around

Rather than in the center of Cassino, it may be worth taking a 5 minute drive to stop at this hotel, very good for the excellent quality/price ratio. Large rooms, with a small balcony, comfortable and modern well-equipped bathroom, decent breakfast with friendly and helpful staff; all at a convenient rate.

A good-looking hotel with a restaurant at first glance, just right for a stopover on the way home - we thought. A friendly receptionist and moderate prices - perfect. The key fob should have made us suspicious - type cellar door. The first impression after entering the room: it smells. The cause is probably the air conditioning filter - so don't switch it on. On closer inspection: one of the dirtiest rooms on our trip to Italy so far. It was a twin room, with dust bunnies in the bedside tables and a fair amount of dust under the beds. It didn't look any better on the balcony. In addition to cleanliness, at least a small table and two chairs would have been appropriate here. The first thing I noticed in the bathroom was the hose from the hair dryer, which was hanging down listlessly. No wonder, the entire suspension had broken off. Breakage points also on the guide rail of the shower wall. So be careful when moving it so that it doesn't fall out. The plug was missing from the sink; the joints of the tiles in the shower were sometimes quite dark in color. The faucet from the bidet didn't move at all to open, and then quite suddenly - surprise! To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed that day. The receptionist recommended us the Ristorante "Osteria Da Walter", about a kilometer away - on foot on the main road along the ditch. Sidewalk: none. Or you get back in the car... Admittedly, the food at Walter's is excellent. The breakfast was decidedly Italian, served by the receptionist who was now present. With the nice and courteous lady we were able to talk in detail in German. Unfortunately no pictures can be uploaded; As soon as this is possible again, I will deliver them later.

We spent one night in the S.Elia hotel but I must say it was a great experience. The clean and welcoming room, the friendly and helpful staff for every need. Especially Ms. Claudia who did her utmost to satisfy our requests. We will definitely be back.

Stayed 2 nights in half board with smart box integration, Ms Claudia was very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned well, we were in the suite.
