Overall nice hotel at an attractive price but not up to its ambitions. Quality bedding, beautiful visual impact at first glance whether in the main building or the rooms. But beyond that, there are shortcomings: No telephone to reach reception because they suggest you take your own telephone. Bottom line, after 15 minutes without being able to contact them, you go down to reception and only 1 person to manage everything and no one at the bar...15 minutes more to wait for check in in progress and to be able to reserve a dinner more than average. Still in the bedroom, little space in the bathroom if you have the one at the end of the corridor (our case), few sockets but especially none on the side of the bed. A shame for charging your phone which serves as an alarm clock since there is no telephone for reception. A high-tech light control system but not very intuitive and above all which triggers a small blue light in the head all night on each side of the bed, no tissues, no TV during the 5 days of the stay, towels which hang in the WC (??) and the irony, when at the end of the 4th day, because he doesn't have all day left in Barcelona (yes yes we didn't have any luck), you decide to put your bath towel on the floor in the morning to change it, you find them both in the evening kindly repositioned on the only hook available....in the toilet and of course all damp in addition to being dirty since we had left them in the ground. Unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and a 5-day stay where you are left with the same towels throughout the stay. As for breakfast, we had the same mishap as in the other previous review. We paid for our breakfasts and never had access. The problem may come from booking... but I have questions and we will file a complaint with booking. Finally, if you want to visit Barcelona, ​​the hotel is much too far away. In summary, a good hotel if you are in business around with an attractive room price but to be avoided when discovering Barcelona.
