A beautiful and peaceful place to be, kind personal and clean rooms. We went by car and travelled to Barcelona by train in 40 minutes by parking the car at the station of a nearby village. A fine solution for the parking problems in Barcelona.

Fantastic place. Initially I was a little unsure about booking because the location is a little out of the way but it was perfect. The hotel is set in a rural location just outside a town. There are walks around the area that are very scenic. The hotel is only 20 minutes drive from La Roca Village shopping outlet and around 50 minutes drive from Barcelona Airport. Rooms are comfortable and set in an old but well maintained building with a lot of character. It's very quiet at night and mornings start with the birds singing. The restaurant was great, and the food was fantastic. The tasting menu offered a selection of well prepared local cuisine, and breakfast was also very good. The staff were fantastic, checking to make sure things were OK, asking whether I'd like breakfast the next day too. I stayed 4 nights and felt extremely welcome. I would definitely return and this is a great hotel when travelling for business as it offers peace and quiet, although March is clearly a quiet time to visit.

Reserva hecha en agosto 2021 de 3 noches con la ilusion de pasar unos dias en família y disfrutar de la piscina. Piscina?! Eso no sé le puede llamar así!! Estaba sucia, dejada, racholas rotas y encima nos explican que el chico que hace el mantenimiento por motivos personales no habia ido a trabajar hacia 2 dias. Recepcion? No hay. Ascensor? No hay. Instalaciones exteriores muy descuidadas (sucias,rotas,viejas) Hotel 4 estrellas?! Ni por asomo! Podría equipar**** a un hostal si llega la categoria porque no tiene servicios e instalaciones para tener dicha categoria. Decidimos no alojarnos y pedimos que nos devuelvan el dinero ya que es un engaño todo y encima en plena ola de covid una piscina sucia y sin mantenimiento. Nos dicen que no nos cobraran nada y para sorpresa al dia siguiente nos hacen un cobro de las 3 noches contratadas! Hablamos con el dueño un maleducado y desagradable hombre que ni quiso solucionar el tema. Espero que una buena inspeccion ponga en su sitio dicha gestion "hotelera" porque no es Justo como tratan y engañan a los clientes. Evidentemente no nos alojamos y nos fuimos a un hotel de 4 estrellas cerca de allí. Hotel Mas Solà. Eso sí que es un hotel de 4 estrellas!!!!!
