I think it's terrible, it's expensive for what the room is. A lot of noise at night, very thin walls, you can hear everything. They have a cafeteria that is not open and to top it off, I had a guy named Borja, I don't know how to describe this person other than being rude and arrogant. I ask him for the complaint form and he tells me to my face that he is not going to give it to me. You have to know that no establishment, no person can refuse to give it to me. A while later I ask him for a copy of the POS payment for a payment and he also refuses that he is not going to give it to me and he doesn't know and I tell him that I was the last to pay and if he doesn't know, I'll tell him how to do it and when he sees that I'm not going to leave without it, he decides to give it to me, I will never return to this place. Apart from that, gentlemen, know that he does not let anyone, not even a visitor, go to the room, they cannot even enter the door. I find it shameful that if you have a reservation for a month, you can't even have some privacy. I don't recommend it at all. There are many in the area, like the Aníbal and the Galera, which I do recommend. I will never go back there.

Me he ido encantada sobretodo por el trato del personal. 10/10 atentos con todo, te ayudan con todo súper contenta la verdad. Las habitaciones limpias y con lo cómodo para una estancia.

It's one of the quietest hotels in San Antonio (I've stayed in several in the area over the past few years). Good location. Depending on the season, parking is easy or difficult. It's not luxurious, but it's great for relaxing. We spent five nights there.

Excellent. I've been staying at this hostel for the third year and will definitely stay again. The service, the cleaning staff, and the room are excellent. Always very clean. It's simple, but for the price, you can't ask for more. Very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back this year.
