Choose it because of its price, but was actually pretty satisfied with it. The Hotel has a pool, which is just perfect for chilling in the lazy afternoons. The bus station is only 5 minutes away, which was incredible useful, as party buses depart from there to every club in Ibiza. The AC was ok, but you can't change it's temperature (must be set around 25 °C), the only thing we really missed was a refrigerator.

The night shift staff,the one that everyone complains about is an absolute tossa i wanted to bang him so fkn badly. Guys rude, tries to be intimidating but he really isn't, no ones trying to get banged up abroad and thats the only reason i didnt slump that pum whole. Ruined the whole trip.

The location of the hotel is perfect, about a 5-10 minute walk to the harbour where there are bars and restaurants. A further little walk leads you to the sunset *****. Comments about the pool being over the road - it’s the most smallest road between the hotel and pool and is not a busy or main road at all. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms are fairly basic but cleaned and fresh towels daily. The pool bar opens from 11 until about 6ish and there are snacks, drinks, bar food and ice cream - The young barman at the pool bar was quite moody though!! The pool is fairly small but just what needed and plenty of sun beds. Where the hotel is situated, the pool does shade over about 4.30. You do sometimes hear people coming in throughout the night but as expected given then area! Great place and great value of money especially given that we went in august summer holidays.

Nice hotel-basic but clean and has everything you need,close to the main nightlife. Reception staff super friendly and rather than waiting in long taxi queues get a taxi from the hotel,they are super speedy and fair priced for Ibiza which is expensive everywhere. Little fridge in the room was handy although doesn’t get super cold,no kettle which was a slight downer but not the end of the world. Hair dryer in the room was a bonus. Fairly quiet-I was expecting it to be noisy with people coming in all hours however had a good night sleep and very quiet noise wise. Pool was perfect-nice size,good choice of food and reasonable priced beer/vodka slushy (which I rate for a pick me up after the night before) All in all a nice hotel,perfect for a base nearby the happening town but far enough away for a decent sleep.

We had stayed in room 304 for 2 nights, my friend had bites all over her arms and face. She had checked the bed and we found out there was bed bugs. My friend then got a bed bug on a tissue and had taken it down to reception. The man on reception told her she should be out and not in the hotel, he then continued to hand her mosquito spray and told her to sleep on the balcony as there is nothing they can do. The next day we was moved into a different room and given a token for a free drink at the bar. They are now denying that this happened!

Basic but clean. No restaurant or bar. Breakfast is nice served by a lovely friendly lady. Staff were very helpfull. Rooms were small but no tea or coffee making facilities. Pool area clean but very loud music belting out all day. No toiletries as advertised. You get what you pay for but .....never again.
