We expected worse and accepted that, when we got there we were pleasantly surprised. We were already aware that there was no air con but the room had a ceiling fan fitted which was great to have on all night, plus blackout window shutters so could have the window itself open and shut the shutters letting the cooler night air in. The cleanliness was faultless, we put the sign for housekeeping on the door every day of our stay and everyday got back to a lovely clean room. We stayed in the sister hotel across the road before which is still our fave but then it’s double the price. We love the location, the staff and the comfort. There is no lift in the Ferrer building. The pool is on top of Casa Maria opposite and is great with music and a bar. If you’re in a budget I would recommend this hostel every time. Can’t believe it’s classed as 1 star!!

Stayed here 3 times now. Basic but does the job well. Pool in building across road good. Toilet flush was broken but couldn’t be bothered to move etc so dealt with it, was just a bit fiddly once you knew how to do it. Clean and well kept. No complaints. Very very good location for San An and the bus station.

Chambre de l'hôtel cambriolée ! Aucune réaction de la part de l'hôtel, ni de la direction. Indifférence totale face à notre situation choquante et inadmissible. La venue de la police espagnole à l'hôtel n'a rien changé. Hôtel à fuir absolument !!!!

El hotel para un par de noches no está tan mal. Las instalaciones están un poco en mal estado. No tienen ascensor. A nosotras nos costo llegar al hostal, la verdad. La recepción está enfrente del hostal y así mismo, el acceso a la piscina. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, solo ventilador. Los baños son super pequeños. La recepcionista nos advirtió de no manchar con maquillaje las toallas porque sino nos iban a realizar un cargo extra. Agradecimos la información. Cerca del hostal no se puede aparcar de forma gratuita. La recepcionista nos recomendó aparcar cerca de la estación de autobuses que está a 5 minutos andando pero el espacio es pequeño por lo que cuesta encontrar sitio. Luego hay parking de pago ya que depende de lo que prefiera cada persona. El hostal a mi parecer está en una zona bastante céntrica del puerto eso nos gustó mucho.
