Hotel I Colori

I stay in this hotel and I was very disappointed. Room devoid of personality, too basic without particular details, the bathroom not at all comfortable and the door was mostly impossible to lock. The room was not soundproof at all, you could hear noises from other rooms and from outside. Breakfast poor but quite good. The structure is abandoned to itself both the exterior and the interior, which is a shame because it has a lot of potential and if modernized and renovated it would be very beautiful

Hotel which has very little charm, did not take the studios which are behind the hotel, you will have the view of a wall, fairly average reception he does not speak a word of French. Very average room, the cleaning is well done, the room is clean This hotel has no charm, the breakfast is acceptable

Never be fooled by appearances. The hotel is a little dated at first glance, but once you get over the initial impression, what you recognize is the size of the room and bathroom, kindness in the welcome and above all the cleanliness which for me is the greatest advantage. Perfect place to visit all the coves surrounding Sant'Antioco and move easily in the surrounding area. Absolutely recommended.

Clean and large colorful room, good bedding. Well-kept garden and terrace, pleasant for having (simple) breakfast or an aperitif. Swimming pool with deckchairs. A little noisy on the ground floor, the rooms being next to the reception. Good welcome, non-English speaking but we managed to understand each other.

What is shown on the site is misleading and the photos do not all resemble reality. *I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, NOTHING TO DO WITH A HOTEL.* No one speaks English or German or French, even though they write on the site that they speak English and Italian. Everyone blames people who are not there or not reachable!! No one responded to our chat conversation. The phone number was invalid. If you are a little early at check-in, you wait in the street, the doorbell on the entrance gate does not work. And they open a little late. You are not expected, the person searches for your reservation for 10 minutes and calls their manager to check. You are not warned in advance of what is not working even though you have paid for these services. The breakfast room is dark, the hotel does not seem very clean from what we could see. Dismal place. The private parking for our motorcycles is a piece of grass, quite soft and the motorcycles sink. A dilapidated jacuzzi is in the garden. No wifi. We come across a couple who ask to change rooms because there is a technical problem in theirs. You ask to speak to the manager about what's wrong, the receptionist calls Romina, she doesn't speak English and hangs up on me!!! The receptionist calls her again, she tells me that "boss tomorrow" (and it's a weekday, not a weekend). I explain to her that we will not stay until the next day and that we want to be reimbursed for non-service, she says to check with ***********. After other inconveniences and unable to get the boss on the phone, we leave the premises. I called *********** customer service for help. After numerous telephone and written explanations, after many days of waiting, we received no help from them, although they too were unable to contact the hotel or speak to them directly. English. So, booking through *********** does not give you any benefit since the customer service does not help you at all.
