Lying in bed, felt something crawling on me. Turned light on and there were heaps of fully grown and baby bed bugs and eggs all over the fabric bedhead. Rang reception, he guy came up and looked, suggested we move the bed, then wjen i asked for bug spray, he came up with some heavy duty looking poison and sprayed the bedhead. Didn't do anything but make them more active. He couldn't move us because they were fully booked, so slept on the floor in the bathroom.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. First, the staff was downright rude and nasty! They acted like they did not want us there and treated our entire group like dirt. Let’s talk about the paper thin walls- we could hear the people in the next room every little move, cough, conversation- there is no privacy in this place. A friend we were with asked for extra towels- they said “No”!! Service- awful Rooms-awful Only good thing is it is a nice location, short walk to shopping and restaurants.

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour group. Service was awful. Breakfast in the morning was a total disaster with groups trying to all get something to eat at the same time. Coffee was very limited and only served during breakfast. Rooms are tiny. Front desk staff were indifferent at best. My guide said their contract ends this year with this hotel and they are not going to renew. Avoid if you can.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Isabella in Sorrento. The hotel was clean throughout, including the communal areas, and the rooms were modern and well appointed with A/C, safe, mini fridge, and balcony. The restaurant had a selection of good quality food for breakfast and lunch. Most importantly, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were always friendly and ready to help. I would highly recommend a stay at the Hotel Isabella if you’re visiting Sorrento.

The hotel is every thing you need, pool is fine and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff especially the breakfast staff - Tania and Maria go above and beyond and are so kind and helpful. The breakfast is lovely which is regularly refreshed. It is about a 20 minutes walk into Sorrento

We stayed at this hotel for one week in June. Really loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location, about 20 mins walking to Sorrento centre and only 5 mins to main square Sant Agnello. As soon we arrived Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and Tania and her husband at breakfast were amazing. Made us feel very welcome every morning. Breakfast spread is great. Everything you need to set you up for the day..along with lots of little extras. Rooms were modern and bright and have everything you need. Pool area is a sun trap and was very quiet when we were there..sometimes only myself and my husband. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Sorrento area and already have 2 friends booked on my recomendation

Loved this hotel. Quiet, spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Easy walk to Center of Sorrento. Stayed for two weeks and used it as our base to explore from. Went to Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Capri and Pompeii and Herculaneum. Special mention to Tanya and her husband chef Giovanni. Loved their smiling faces at breakfast every morning!
