No doubt many years ago, this hotel offered a good selection andare of accommodation and service. The recent stay, the bathroom needed quite a bit of attention. the toilet seat broken, hot water nearly absent and functioning only when pressure reduced. There was evidence on the windowsill of mouse droppings, but outside of the insect net. It was disappointing having expressed these issues that not so much of an apology but an explanation of how these problems would be rectified later.

My stay was superlative! I definitely had lower expectations, since you wouldn’t expect to have a 10/10 stay at a Relais in a small town of Tuscany. Rather it’s more likely to receive this type of service in a 5 stars hotel in Rome (I’m not sure anymore!). Relais Oroscopo is beautiful and cozy, as well as the staff who work there. The place is very clean too. The cherry on top of the cake: their breakfast, it’s been amazing! I recommend Relais Oroscopo to everybody who’s reading me because credit is where credit’s due!

This little hotel was utterly charming. The room was a decent size, was clean and very comfortable. The staff were lovely. Very friendly. The breakfast was great and served in a room that you felt that you were royalty. We also ate at the restaurant which was excellent. We would stay here again.

Tout confort, bon petit-déjeuner, personnel agréable. Il y a également une piscine juste à côté. Le restaurant à côté peut être sumpa mais il y a mieux. Le quartier est calme, facile d'accès et parking disponible. Il y a la clime et une télévision. La salle de bain est propre

Ogni anno ritorniamo in questo incantevole casale ,ritroviamo sempre qualcosa di nuovo ma lo stesso calore e l’accoglienza gentile e discreta di Lamberto . Un posto per chi amo la pace la tranquillità la pulizia e la splendida colazione servita in una sala dove poter ammirare tanti splendidi oggetti d’arredamento ! All’anno prossimo !!!

Albergo nella media camere ampie e spaziose ma la piscina non agibile ancora non aperta al 8 giugno e le colazioni con scarsissima scelta stridono un po col prezzo. Sistemate queste due cose sicuramente varrebbe tutta un’altro valutazione.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato nell’ hotel durante le festività natalizie e la gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha accolti ci ha subito messi di buon umore.La camera spaziosa e luminosa era cosparsa di un profumo che io personalmente ho trovato poco gradevole . Il soffitto meraviglioso con vecchie travi di legno presentava qua e là alcune ragnatele e il parquet vicino al battiscopa non era ben pulito(ma riesco perfettamente a mettermi nei panni del proprietario e che molte volte non è facile provvedere a tutto).Un abbraccio caloroso al giovane proprietario a cui auguriamo un buon anno.

Avevo soggiornano in questo albergo per lavoro tempo fa ed ero stato molto bene, le camere sono diverse l'una dall'altra ma arredate con molto gusto, i bagni sono stati ristrutturati e sono molto belli. È tutto molto curato e soprattutto pulitissimo. Ottima la colazione e un plauso alla gentilezza del gestore. Lo consiglio.
