I wanted to find a hotel close to the airport bus stop, so it was very convenient😊 It's also very close to the Sano Outlet Mall, so it was great to be able to go there easily.

I made a reservation the day before and it was very convenient!

I love that it's close to Sano City New City Bus Terminal. I went there with my kids two months ago and thought it was okay, so I came back. I will go again next time

The room was beautiful anyway. I stayed here for work this time, and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but the staff responded well. The open-air bath was also very comfortable and I was able to spend a fulfilling time. I still want to use it.

When arriving by bus, walk for more than 5 minutes. Please be careful when you bring large luggage. The room is simple but very new and clean. As I become more sensitive in the corona, I feel that I want to avoid the breakfast buffet.

This is my second time staying here and the first time in several years. It's very convenient, with a dedicated free parking lot that can accommodate over 30 cars, right after you get off the highway. There is an outlet nearby, as well as an AEON and a movie theater. The hotel is clean and fully equipped. My favorite features are the rooftop bath and open-air bath. The only thing lacking is that there is only one elevator. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

The room felt a little small, but I guess that can't be helped if you consider it as a business hotel, but I think that there needs to be some kind of solution for the lack of USB power outlets these days.

The room was on the second floor facing the main road, so the noise of the cars passing by was a bit annoying. It was also a smoking room, so I could smell the lingering scent of cigarette smoke.

The toilet flushes too much and for too long. Is this in consideration of the environment and late-night noise? Since we were on the second floor with a lot of traffic, the sound of cars late at night and early in the morning was bothersome. I wish they would provide breakfast to those who want it (fees apply). The wait for the elevator was long. The view from the rooftop observation bath was great, and it was heartwarming to see the swallows flying around.

There are enough parking spaces! Convenient location in the city center! Artificial hot springs are average!

I stayed here to go to Sano to eat ramen. There was a large public bath on the rooftop and the view was great. The hotel itself was clean.

The breakfast is excellent. There is a wide variety and it tastes good. The tableware is not made of plastic and has a high-class feel. However, it is very crowded. You sign your name on a piece of paper at the entrance and choose to wait at the front desk or in your room. Since you go back and forth between your room and the dining room, the one and only elevator is extremely crowded. The large public bath is also good, but the lockers are thinned out, so you have to wait before entering and then line up at the washing area after entering... Maybe it was just a coincidence that it was crowded that day... I had high expectations because it was a relatively expensive hotel.
