The hotel is very convenient to drive in and out, and parking is also convenient. The hotel building is tall, large and upscale, and the rooms are also good, but there are some problems with the facilities.

Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

There was a bus stop downstairs, not far from Liedong Hub Station, and there were many delicious foods on Liedong Street. The breakfast was very good, with freshly cooked noodles, flat meat, drinks, and four bottles of water a day. It was a very OK hotel.
