柏曼酒店，一家住過最無語的酒店！
首先，空調怎麼調都是熱的，打了電話説冬天默認制熱，房間沒有任何告知！
其次，酒店停車場是和一個火鍋店合租的，小小一塊場地被橫七豎八規劃了好幾個車位，出行挪動極其不便，去的時候衹有一個車位了，此車位被一圈石墩子圍着，墩子的高度正好處在車子的視覺盲區（連360雷達都檢測不到），出來的時候車子左後門直接被蹭到，停車場的看門大爺，衹要看見人靠近車就沖出來要收費，車子被蹭了開始不緊不慢走過來看情況，絲毫無作為，真的太垃圾了！
最後停車的停車費説是酒店報銷，退房的時候要是不主動問，就直接提都不提了，去問了説要拿停車費發票換10塊現金，真的是無語，付了錢再拿着票回大堂報銷，再回去開車，指出邏輯問題以後，給了一張停車券，説直接遞給看門大爺就好，那為什麼不直接給停車券呢？
總之無語至極，體驗感極差，太垃圾！

衞生：很差！瑪德，淋浴房裡麪地板黏糊糊的，第一下踩上去差點沒把我噁心死，這是不知道哪個小破酒店改裝的柏曼酒店，除了大外觀上換新了，衞生間裏面的角落細節簡直慘不忍睹，發黑發黴，還有惡臭，衞生間的地板黏糊糊噁心的不行！408房間！
環境：差差差！**住408，底下三樓是***火鍋店，凌晨一點還在嘻嘻哈哈吭吭哐哐，吵的不行！就是那種老小區！
服務：給我辦開房的小姐姐服務可以，還不錯，但是給我辦退房的那個男的就實在差勁，退個按金説他忙不過來了怎麼怎麼樣，掃個碼的事你能忙到哪裡去？
設施：也別提了，衹能説勉強。照片我忘記拍了！被催着退房！
