三明常駐酒店首選，乾淨衞生，服務態度好，水量充足，衞生間感覺，周邊交通方便，出門有去三明北的公交，市區轉也有公交。福建有餐飲，招待客户也有會所和海鮮很方便

房間裏面噪音很大一個晚上真根本睡不着，而且已經提前打電話説過了，不要靠兩邊的房間之後電話答應的很好，結果還是靠兩邊的房間，因為是幫朋友訂的，所以也很不好意思，反正是不太建議住

設施：設施齊全，每次來三明都會住這裏，地理位置優越，就在三明第一醫院旁邊，門口就是公交車站，公交車直達萬達廣場，去三明北站或者三明站坐動車都很方便，性價比也很高。
衞生：連鎖酒店都比較乾淨
環境：很好
