1. The kettle in this hotel is so dirty. I called to get a new one, but the front desk refused to change it and said it would not affect the water boiling;
2. This is on the second floor. One window switch has been replaced and one window is cracked. I didn’t dare to go out for fear that someone would break in and steal my things; the noise at night and in the morning was disturbing to the public.
3. This pillow is so dirty;
4. There is a bad smell in the toilet. This hotel is so bad that Ctrip marked it as 2 stars;
5. Nowadays, there are all kinds of hotels on the Ctrip platform, but the descriptions and photos are not true. They are too fake and impossible to stay in.
