環境很好，很乾凈也很安靜，直接在路邊位置很好找，老闆剛開的民宿，各種設施都很新，裝修風格簡單乾淨，房間很大，價格也很實惠，老闆娘人很好很熱情。還有就是樓上就是火鍋和ktv，超級實惠，從沒遇到過怎麼實惠的，也是實現了邊吃火鍋邊唱歌了，老闆娘人也很好，6點唱到晚上十一點多，搞了一箱酒，又吃了火鍋老闆娘也就收了我們200塊，很開心的一次入住和行程。

體驗感很好超級棒！就在三明學院對面，老闆和老闆娘特別熱情，房間是新裝修的，這個光線也是偏暖調住的特別舒服😍😍😍連馬桶都變成智能馬桶了，房間也是超級大電視也是看着很爽，另外這個洗漱台真的超級好看我真的愛了！特別適合拍照，喜歡的寶貝可以和對象來住一下哦！除了價格稍微有一點點貴😘😘

房型和圖片一模一樣，出差住在這邊，位置方便。大堂有打印機可供客人使用，還是雨傘，老闆非常熱情貼心，態度很好。一樓大堂坐着休息也很舒服。電梯直達方便。房間乾淨整潔，非常滿意！

民宿位置很好， 在三明學院北門對面，環境乾淨整潔，服務周到，晚上休息也很安靜。設施完善，體驗感不錯。老闆熱情，對於住客的要求都一一滿足，雖然我們第一次到三明，但是感覺很温暖。
