設施：比較完備，衞生間，乾濕分離，淋浴房，空調，洗衣機，電視機都有
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：周圍有閩輝商業廣場，閩輝超市，可以購物。美食有李記小吃，佳蘭燒麥，廟門扁肉，南霞牛肉粉等，很近，步行可以到。旁邊是沙溪，沙溪附近的文昌宮，晚上8點30分至九點有燈光秀，七峯疊翠景區可以走走棧道，還有沙縣博物館也在旁邊。
服務：老闆娘態度好

自助入住公寓式民宿，位置很好，周邊有很多小吃店，離古街和疊翠園不遠。衞生比較乾淨，安靜。經濟實惠。

地理位置很好，停車方便，樓下有付費停車，一天10元價格合理。12樓窗外風景不錯，夜景很美，房子比較舊些，裝修算清爽，衞生還行。樓下吃的店很多吃飯很方便，沙縣的網紅店在這都能找到，旁邊還有華都大商場。缺點是隔音不太好，床翻個身動靜有點大。

樓下不遠就有小吃城 七峯疊翠風景區也不遠1公里左右就到

這次去上海路過沙縣，看到沙縣小吃聞名遐邇，吃這麼多年還真沒去過沙縣，今天可以到此地見證一下沙縣小吃的魅力，整條街都是太震撼了，味道還不錯，吃完飯天黑了，就地住下，網上看到這幾店評價還可以，是一家家庭旅館，設施齊全，環境還過得去，房東下樓來接，熱情好客，祝生意興隆，財源滾滾客似雲來。

房間大，老小區重新裝修的，房間還算乾淨衞生，設施齊全。地處鬧市，旁邊吃的非常多。小區公共區域比較臟。
