同價位在三門峽住過最差的酒店（感覺不能算是酒店，連賓館都不如），進電梯就一股臭味，打開房間陰暗潮濕也是一股難聞味道，床單竟然還有沒有清洗乾淨的血跡，馬桶和衞浴就不用講了臟的不想用，最可氣洗澡竟然沒熱水。要不是到的晚不方便換酒店，真心不願意住一晚上，第二天早上果斷退房。酒店但凡有個負責人的經理也不至於搞得這麼差！

前台小高服務熱情，大廳裝修時尚，附近停車便利，免費給升了房型，床墊睡起來很舒服，房間窗户靠着小區非常安靜。附近小吃外賣什麼的也很多，整體好評。

太差了，牙膏都用過的，洗手池好幾根頭髮，床單被罩也是，前台為了讓客人多付49，應該是賣會員卡吧，攜程寫的14.00退房，前台讓12點退房，我凌晨2點多來，還故意提前退房，有服務意識嗎？在乎客人入住感受嗎？還是故意為了加點錢，什麼話都能給客人説？
