房間除了寬敞一些沒啥亮點，爛尾樓盤改造的。床品洗漱用品平平。
最好笑的是這裏的服務，那應該就是説沒有服務。一早入住就説了加一床被子，結果到了中午還沒送過來，我們在房間休息，服務員就自行開門沖了進來，完全沒有敲門！！我一開始還以為是來送被子，結果也不知道是來幹嘛的，我這時候又跟服務員説了一下 那就拿一床被子給我。我中午又電話跟前台説了一下加被子，並且非常明確的告知可以自行送到房間來，我們下午要出去玩。結果晚上八點多到了房間還是沒有看見被子。
晚上這個時候我已經對此無法忍受，並且非常明確的告訴前台送被子過來，前台説十分鐘後就送到，十五分鐘後繼續沒有送來被子，最後打電話過去，又告訴我沒有被子了！簡直是好笑！最後我非常嚴肅提出要被子，這很不耐煩的跟我説給我送過來。
電話裏服務的態度傲慢無比！
關鍵是這裏的客人並不多！真的不知道這裏的服務人員怎麼工作的。
酒店周邊沒有任何可玩的地方，都荒廢了。酒店內也沒任何娛樂親子項目，完全是因為定房晚了，其他像雷迪森温德姆的都滿房了，不然真不會來住這裏。看見之前那麼多差評，就應該極為謹慎的！
再説説設施 洗手間小到可怕，諾大個房間設定了一個單獨的衣帽間，竟然都沒有一個衣架！房間連個行李架都沒有！這真的就純純的爛尾樓改建！太可怕了

作為三門為數不多的高檔酒店。我衹能用失望和憤怒兩個詞語來形容。
首先是工作人員態度極差，不耐煩，不負責！前台工作人員態度極差，説話口氣非常糟糕。解決問題能力很差。
酒店接駁車工作人員就不用説了。把我們送到之後手一指就在那裡。然後就走了。我們一行四人帶了很多行李。居然沒有幫我們拎行李。我真的震驚了。
酒店衞生真的衹能用可怕來形容。床上都是腳印還有很多小蟲子密密麻麻在床上。真的太可怕了！無法用語言形容了。
最後我説要投訴找經理。和我説我們這裏沒有經理，衹有總監。晚上8點説下班了沒有人管事了。我當場就一整個無語住了。一個偌大的酒店居然沒有一個管事的人。我住了那麼多次酒店，這次真的是最奇葩最誇張的一次。
攜程真的不應該把這樣的酒店作為合作伙伴。拉低自己的品牌形象。損毀自己的品牌。

三門高檔酒店第一名不知道怎麼刷出來的，定了三個房間，真的太差勁了，小區爛尾樓改造的，沒有任何服務可言！！1）入住當晚10點半入住的，回到房間因為牙刷和拖鞋不夠，打電話問前台要，前台竟然直接回復説有點晚了，沒人送了，我真的是驚呆了，500一晚的酒店難道連值班人員都沒有？ 2）竟然電梯也沒有，行李比較多，自己一個個走樓梯搬上去的，接駁車服務人員也沒有幫忙搬送行李 3）裝修老舊，打開房門，熱的要命，空調研究半天才打開，其中一個門都沒辦法裏面反鎖 4）到處都是蚊子，感覺就是出租房改造的，晚上小孩子被蚊子盯了好幾個包 5）最崩潰的是房間的燈，其中一個房間我母親入住的，房間的燈帶根本關不掉，從晚上閃到天亮。老年人一夜沒睡，本來想敲我們的門讓我們給前台打電話來修，但是因為大家玩的比較累，怕酒店工作人員來之後敲門影響大家休息，所以就沒有叫前台，不過這個服務我敢肯定叫了也不會給你修，真的太崩潰了 6）東西比較多，天氣也很熱，讓接駁車來接送下行李，打了電話過去讓3分鐘過來，前台給忘記了，過了十幾分鍾電話過來説是不是要接駁車，真的無語的，一家人大汗淋漓的等着。等到了接駁車服務人員大爺一樣坐在車上，8個人搞了一個小車過來，根本裝不下。。。現在的服務業真的很少見到這樣的酒店，服務人員一點都不專業，我真的火冒三丈了，臨走前和前台説你們服務真的太差了，服務人員一點反應都沒有。。呵呵了。。。

設施：酒店有健身房，桌球桌 還有茶室 棋牌室 裏面有個KTV但是還沒開業，還有室內小童樂園
衞生：房間乾淨衞生
環境：環境好，酒店大，空氣清新
服務：前台員工大堂經理都很熱情，禮賓小哥會開接駁車的送到樓下，也會介紹酒店

設施：酒店配套設施非常齊全，遊樂園，健身房還有夜市，度假非常好。
衞生：非常乾淨！
環境：酒店環境非常不錯，小朋友説下次還要再去住，很適合帶小朋友去玩，相當於一個別墅區，人車分流，還有接駁車接送。
服務：前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，房間衹帶兩份早餐，知道我們有小朋友立馬給我免費加了一份。
值得二刷的酒店～

難得假期且天氣晴好，便帶着家人出來旅遊。網上收羅了半天，選定了這家酒店，酒店早餐環境真的特別好，小孩子很喜歡，旁邊有個農博園。去旅遊點的路程並不太熟悉，多虧了酒店工作人員的指引，讓我們一路上都非常順暢，並且順利的找到了最佳的停車場。出門在外，有這樣的嚮導有這樣的服務棒棒噠。由於時間緊，還有很多地方都沒來的及去看看，下次過來必然還會入住。

住在別墅區的二樓，房間較大，有陽台，衞生不錯。到前台辦理入住後，有小哥用接駁車送到我們樓下。整個酒店有大樓和若干幢別墅組成，環境宜人，去蛇蟠島很近。晚上很安靜，早餐也很豐富。
