有個服務員的服務態度特別差，漢庭怎麼説也是一個連鎖酒店，招聘人員的時候沒有要求嗎？沒有進行過培訓嗎？為什麼讓一個服務態度那麼差的服務員過來服務？而且丟了東西也不提前告訴，雖然那個東西不怎麼值錢，但是你這個態度是不是有問題？還是得我們要打電話通知到，然後才告知我們。真的是我住過服務態度最差的酒店了，非常不推薦入住。
