Sanliurfa Hotels with Swimming Pools

This was one of the few truly luxury hotels in which we stayed, during our trip to Eastern Turkey. The main feature of this hotel is the incredible convenience to access the old city at the birthplace of Abraham and the pools. The view is spectacular. The service is very good. The rooms are large and the bathroom nice. I don't know why, but usually in every room we stayed in throughout E. Turkey, there was a problem with the room. In this case, the light over the vanity was burned out. Since we weren't staying more than one night, we didn't bother to report it after a long day of travelling. The decor in the hotel is fabulous and we appreciate the tasty buffet breakfast in the morning. I also would like to recommend that the hotel staff at the front of the hotel be more welcoming and hospitable.

Hotel was in general terms ok and at a walking distance to the city center and museums. Restaurant was goog. Some staff would benefit a lot from improving their knowledge of English. The air conditioning in our room was not generating enough cooling. I referred it in the reception, but nothing changed. At the checkout, we wanted to buy an article they had on display on a glassed-door shelve. But the staff told me that the people who could open it would arrive at 7 PM only... This was translated via mobile phone, since they did not seem to speak enough English. I wonder today if they understood want I wanted... Not the most positive experience at a Hilton.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, huge rooms, WiFi worked well within the confines of the room. Room was made daily with the cleaning staff ensuring that we were happy, drinking water was replenished daily with enough supply and there is a lockable safe. Television - not many English speaking but you have the propaganda English news channel. In general all the staff were wonderful, approachable even though at times language was a a barrier. Front desk- there is a young classy man who speaks fluent English, very accommodating (he is single!!). Location is prime, with a supermarket next door, eateries and shops 🚶‍♀️ distance, the fish lake a 20 minute walk. The spa was decent, gym not the biggest but all equipment was useable- note these facilities are open to the general public also. Previous reviews have mentioned the owner- he is in his eighties, not once was he a threat, in fact I admired him; his hands on role and his faculties all intact (I’ll be 😃 if I do half the things at that age). Book without hesitation - there are worst stays in the west.

We are one of the first customers to use the hotel, a very beautifully designed and very comfortable hotel. It is a fantastic worker friend, whether the reception staff are a hard staff or a fantastic lazy friend. I hope they will continue to improve this quality without disrupting it or even increasing 🙏🏼 I will say that the building is resilient to natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods as of the first time you entered. A hotel you can stay in a comfortable way 👍🏼
