We request that she take another course/lesson on how to communicate with customers in order to report it to customer services.

"Overall okay. The room was small. AC was working ok, very important in this city. Location can be better, because the road is one way only so the public bus in front of the hotel goes only in one direction. Bit far from attractions & main bus station."

"The location is very convenient, only when you arrive by car will not be able to get to - it is in the pedestrian area, it is necessary to take into account. OOnur YAGCIWe are one of the first customers to use the hotel. It is a very beautifully designed and very comfortable hotel. Both the receptionists and the housekeepers are incredibly friendly, incredibly hard-working friends. I hope they continue to maintain this quality without compromising or even increasing it 🙏🏼 Let me also point out that the building is resistant to natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods from the moment you enter. A hotel where you can stay with peace of mind 👍🏼

GGuest UserNarlı Ev Butik is in an ideal location, you are central to all historical museums, mosques, cafes, restaurants and entertainment. The very first moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by Vedat Bey, the owner/ manager of the hotel, such a friendly and helpful gentleman, not to mention full of knowledge, he assisted us from beginning to end, any enquiries, he definitely went out of his way to help, treats everyone like family, all the staff, Mehmet bey, Defne hanım and Samet bey are all very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The hotel rooms are all beautiful and clean, we highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, we would definitely return to Narlı Ev Butik hotel again.

GGuest UserI have been traveling alone for a while, and I chose the most beautiful courtyard in the old town in Urfa. It is small but cozy. Cats greet you when you enter the door, and cats are also waiting for you when you have breakfast. The room is not big, and the stone house has been renovated with a bathroom. The facilities are simple and full of history. When I was leaving, my boss called a taxi for me. I forgot my things and chased him all the way out. A very satisfying experience

Ahmet, ein wahres „Energiebündel“, sorgte mit seiner Schnelligkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft für zusätzlichen Komfort.
Das Hotel ist perfekt für Kurzaufenthalte und liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Highlights wie Balıklıgöl, den historischen Basaren und den verwinkelten, von köstlichen Düften erfüllten Gassen. Hier spürt man die berühmte Gastfreundschaft Urfas in jedem Moment.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel. It is located right in the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient for exploring. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the rooftop dining area, it’s a lovely spot to relax and enjoy breakfast with a nice view. Highly recommended!
Bu otelde konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldım. Şehir merkezinde yer alıyor, bu da gezmek için oldukça avantajlı. Personel son derece yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odalar çok temiz ve bakımlıydı. En beğendiğim yerlerden biri ise çatı katındaki restoran alanıydı, manzaralı ve keyifli bir ortamda yemek yemek çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!
