Hasan help us a lot such as car parking, laundry, free tea. Location near centre. But little bit disappointed with amenities since I select room with have washing machine but not found in my room.

It was the first time i left an hotel after the first night. I booked it based on the reviews but left me disappointed.
The staff is great, very nice and helpful, nothing against them.
But the hotel conditions aren't the best.
In the first room we found bugs and ants, so we were kindly moved to another room that was significantly smaller but a bit cleaner. The problem there was the security, the door didn't lock at all and we had to lock it with our suitcases during the night. As two women, we couldn't even sleep well. We decided to leave in the morning to another hotel because there were too many problems in only one night.
We asked for a refund for the rest of the nights not used, getting a denial from the manager saying there is no refund and claming are terms of *******, which ******* denied.
I am not saying don't go there but you know what you get.

İki kişilik konaklamamız oldu odalar zaten çok minikti az çok biliyorduk ancak konaklamamızla alakalı eleştirilerde hep şu cevabı almak aşırı rahatsız ediciydi “abla burası beş yıldızlı otel değil bilmem şuradaki yer şu kadar istiyor gecelik”gibi…Eleştirim de şu iki kişilik odaya iki boy havlusu konulur bir tane koymuşlardı.Otelin yıldızıyla alakasız şeylerdi.Giderden aşırı koku geliyordu.
Tavanlar taş olduğu ve içeride duşa bağlı rutubet oluşumunu düşünürsek yatakta dökülmüş harç malzemesi görmek normaldi.Yatak örtülerinden kokuya rastlamadım ama lekeler vardı belki geçmemiştir diye düşünüyorum.Genel anlamda zayıf bir işletme.bu fiyata bu kadar hizmet olarak bakmaları aşırı rahatsız ediciydi.

Schöne Herberge, sehr
Historisch, schade, dass es kein Frühstück gibt.
Im Zimmer hat es keinen Schrank und Abstellmöglickeiten. Ansonsten sehr gemütliche authentische Zimmer, wie aus vergangener Zeit.
Das Hotel liegt Nahe an den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Urfa.
