Otelin konumu çok güzel merkezi bir yerde. Temizlik güzel. Ama karşılama ve personel tutumu yerlerde. Erken giriş avantajımız olmasına rağmen 12den sonra otele vardığımizda otelin dolu oldugunu ve giriş saatine kadar beklememiz gerektiği söylendi. Normal bir durum tabi ama yaklaşım baştan savarcasina. daha sonra odaya gittiğimizde odanın ateşler içinde yandığını ve klimanın çalışmadığını gördük. Telefonla resepsiyonu aradık ama gelen giden olmadı. Bir kaç saat sonra dışarı çıkmamız gerekti ve inerken resepsiyona özellikle odaya sıcaklık için bakmalarını tekrardan rica etmemize rağmen gece otele geldiğimizde kesinlikle teknikten veya personelden birileri ilgilenmemisti. Ve o sıcakta tekrardan aradık gelen kişi birşey yapilamayacini söyleyip gitti. Pencereleri açmamizi(ki zaten geldiğimizden beri açıktı) ve hatta kapıları da bir süre açık bırakmamizi söylediler. Evet 5 yıldızlı bir otelde sıcak ve çalışmayan klima icin verilen tavsiye kapıların açık birakilmasi. Kahvaltı günü biraz olsun kurtardı ama bir daha Nevali tercih edeceğim bir yer olmayacak

Rude staff and false advertising. Ac is not working room is so hot and they want us to open the window to get cold air. We did open the window and now we can’t sleep because of the loud sound from the traffic and cars . Do not stay in this hotel if you looking for good customer service and sleep well. There is a lot of different hotel and cheaper than this as well. I’m so regret to not listen my wife and go other places!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, huge rooms, WiFi worked well within the confines of the room. Room was made daily with the cleaning staff ensuring that we were happy, drinking water was replenished daily with enough supply and there is a lockable safe. Television - not many English speaking but you have the propaganda English news channel. In general all the staff were wonderful, approachable even though at times language was a a barrier. Front desk- there is a young classy man who speaks fluent English, very accommodating (he is single!!). Location is prime, with a supermarket next door, eateries and shops 🚶♀️ distance, the fish lake a 20 minute walk. The spa was decent, gym not the biggest but all equipment was useable- note these facilities are open to the general public also. Previous reviews have mentioned the owner- he is in his eighties, not once was he a threat, in fact I admired him; his hands on role and his faculties all intact (I’ll be 😃 if I do half the things at that age). Book without hesitation - there are worst stays in the west.

The hotel is very bad, the inside of the room is not cleaned, the bed sheets are very old, when you wipe on the bath towel, your face gets scratched, there is a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, the room was full of dust and bird droppings, the bedside tables on the carpet were covered in dust, the breakfast was very nice, but there was nothing to eat, they had dinner guests and they kept them waiting, the meat was uncooked. very bad not worth this much money
