Die Wohnung war von der Größe und Lage optimal für uns.Allerdings gab es einiges Negative:1. Dachterrasse manchmal (meistens abends) nicht nutzbar wegen unmittelbar daneben liegender Schlafräume einer Nachbarwohnung. 2. Fernsehapparat defekt, wurde durch Besitzer (aus HH) ausgetauscht, war sehr nervig wegen der Kontrolle eines örtlichen Technikers aber wieder positiv durch die schnelle Reaktion.3. Duschkopf-Aufhängung im Bad defekt, wurde ebenfalls rasch durch Intervention des Besitzers (aus HH) ausgetauscht, trotz der raschen Intervention sehr nervig, eigentlich 2 Tage Urlaubsausfall, man musste in der Wohnung verbleiben. Eigentlich müsste FEWO den Ausfall in erstatten, oder?4. 3fach-Steckdose in der Küche über dem E-Herd kam durch Herausziehen des Steckers der Kaffeemaschinein Gänze aus der Wand. Sehr gefährlich! Erstattung?5. Die Plisses an den Fenstern im Bad hingen an den oberen Aufhängungen frei in den Raum, weil die unteren Befestigungen zerstört waren.Schade, alles in allem eine ungepflegte Wohnung!Norbert Carls, Köln
