This hotel is just perfect in every single way. Great location an views, amazing food, great service, affordable bar, nice SPA facilities. Our family suit was superb. We’ve had a great ski holiday and will definitely consider coming back here

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel’s modern (renovated) and very big. Our room was very large, clean and it had everything it should have. Pool area is also clean, water temperature was great. Restaurant is also huge. Breakfast is amazing. Dinner is unusual but delicious. You get 3 meal options on a menu and can get that or anything else from the buffet. Lunch is a complete disaster. There’s just a few options to choose from, and 1 or 2 were edible. The staff is always helpful and kind (especially the cleaning lady). Location of the hotel is great and there’s a bunch of family activites and kids programs.

We spent 1 week in this hotel before Christmas. The room was clean and neat. There was a big garderobe as well where we had space to unpack. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. The food is good as well. Its location is very good as the hotel is next to the ski slopes. We recommend this hotel.

I can say shortly, everything is perfect in this hotel. I suggest this hotel to people who have children. Thanks to Bernhard Kandera in sauna for excellent therapy. He is funny guy. Swimming pool, kids club, bar, outside, inside, meals and breakfast perfect.

Went here for a couple of nights for a weekend skiing. The hotel looks beautiful and it has some nice views depending on your room. Breakfast was freat with a lot of variety and dinner was also very very good. Car garage was goid, we even managed to charge the car although for a fee. Service at the food area and bar was excellent, but service at reception varied, from excellent to poor depending on the staff. The room cleaning happened super late snd was so so. Rook itself was great. Sauna and pool are also good as well as ski depot.

Da 17 anni siamo spesso ospiti della catena Falkensteiner. In questo hotel abbiamo soggiornato circa 13 anni fa e abbiamo voluto ripetere l'esperienza con entrambi i nostri figli. Purtroppo rispetto ad altre vacanze, abbiamo trovato qualche aspetto negativo. Innanzitutto la varietà del buffet, rimasto praticamente invariato per tutta la settimana, sia a colazione che a cena. Ricordavamo una buona varietà di passeggiate, spiegate bene il giorno precedente e in genere due varianti, una semplice e una più complessa; questa volta solo una possibile passeggiata, sempre troppo facile e senza spiegazioni in bacheca. Ci piaceva molto anche il cartonato in lingua italiana o in lingua inglese sul tavolo della colazione, per essere aggiornati sulle attività del giorno, ma purtroppo era solo in lingua tedesca. Un unico intrattenimento serale, mentre ricordavamo almeno 3 serate con attività diverse. Apprezzavamo molto il cocktail del giorno scontato e il voucher per il trattamento in Spa, ma nulla. Inoltre non eravamo stati informati delle mance, 10 euro al giorno accreditate automaticamente nel saldo. Altri ospiti avevano ricevuto una mail preventiva. La vacanza è stata comunque molto positiva ma le cose che ho elencato spero possano essere degli spunti per migliorare.

- Locatie: fijne locatie, prachtig gelegen - Kamer/ suite: heel handige grote kamer voor gezinnen (handige schuifdeuren, veel kastruimte, heel ruime badkamer met douche en bad, handige lade met verschoonkussen, goede verduistering, kantelbare tv....) - Bediening: hier kan ik maar niet over stoppen met praten. Dit was de beste bediening die ik ooit heb mogen ervaren. Vooral de bediening in de eetzaal was SUPER! Zulke vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen met oog voor detail en initiatief. Vooral Bosko en Ksenija zijn ons bijgebleven. Ze deden hun job met zoveel liefde en eveneens aandacht voor de ouders en de kinderen. EXCELLENT zonder overdrijven! Alleen hiervoor zouden we al opnieuw boeken. - Eten: enorm van genoten. Er is voor ieder wat wils. Mijn zoon en ikzelf moeten melkvrij eten en er waren opties genoeg, zowel bij het buffet als 's avonds voor de hoofdgerechten en desserts. De chefs maken ook veel aanpassingen op vraag zonder dat dit een probleem vormt. - Accomodatie: veel toffe speeltuinen (binnen en buiten), zwembad op kidermaat.... en natuurlijk niet te vergeten de leuke mascotte, Falky, die dagelijk komt dansen en de kindjes begroeten. =＞ heel fijne vakantie!

Wir sind hier mittlerweile Stammgäste - auch ohne Kinder. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Innen- und auch Außenpool sind großartig. Die Verwöhnpension ist ein Traum und lohnt sich tatsächlich. Die Massagen von Frau Anna K. sind eine Wonne.

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren hierher. Alle sind wirklich sehr bemüht das der Urlaub zum Genuss wird. Die Leistungen wurden bei der Verpflegung tendenziell über die Jahre reduziert, aber mal ehrlich, sind mehrere Sorten Fisch jeden Abend (ca. 10 Jahre her) wirklich noch Zeitgemäß? Vollpension und alle Mahlzeiten in Buffetform und Abends zusätzlich mit 3 Wahlgerichten. Großzügige Spaberreiche. Sauna, Schwimmen und ein Kinderspa. Ski in/out für diesen Preis und das Hotel wird man schwer finden.
