Amazing hotel from start to finish, warm welcome from the owner, he was very helpful with everything from booking us taxis, restaurants and even a dentist appointment when I had a tooth problem. The fondue night was delicious, all the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and lovely rooms. Amazing family run hotel in a great ski resort

The hotel itself and the owners are great. Nice welcome, great room with a very comfortable bathroom and coffee machine, very tasty breakfasts. The dinner with fondue and live music was very enjoyable. The location of the hotel in the center of the town, very close to the slopes, means that you do not need to use a car or ski buses. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Kindl family are lovely. The hotel is in an excellent location and you can ski a blue run to the hotel. The rooms are modern and cosy with great views of the mountains. Staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food. Coffee machine in the rooms was great to wake up to with the pods replaced every day. The bar area was great with all the different types of drinks available. I took a tooth infection while there and Roland organised a dentist and taxi for me with no hassle at all. Very much needed and appreciated. Apart from the toothache, it’s was a great holiday, great resort, great skiing, great friends and great hotel. Highly recommend and will be going back next year.

Had a fantastic stay! The owners was super helpfull with everything from advice on the stay and the slopes and also arranging transport and even a covid test to travel onwards. Fantastic stay, 10 out of 10!🙏🙏🙏

Ein wirklich schön ausgestattetes Hotel. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Inhaber sehr persönlich und immer ansprechbar. Alle Angestellten super nett. Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Frühstück ist mega lecker. Man ist schnell auf der Piste und zurück ins Hotel ist es auch nicht weit ..

Total saubere schöne Zimmer , super nettes Personal , und die Inhaber sind sowieso spitze . Auch beim Frühstück bleibt kein Wunsch unerfüllt . Auch auf der Abendkarte ist immer etwas zum Essen dabei . Wir kommen schon mehrere Jahre ins Hotel .

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum vierten Mal im Hotel Kristall und sind wie immer rundum zufrieden. Tolle Gastgeber, gemütliches Hotel und schöne Zimmer. Das Hotel wurde von außen neu und modern gestaltet. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge und auf den Ort. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Einer super Hotel mit sehr netter Hotelführung. Lecker Essen und Preis/ Leistung Top. Auch der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der legendäre Hausabend mit reichlichem Büffet und Livemusik war auch super organisiert. Kommen gerne wieder.
