Just returned from a great family ski holiday staying at Hotel Kristall with our 3 teenage children. Highlights for us include - fab food all week. Couldn't fault anything - warm and inviting hosts - excellent sauna area with juices and teas readily available - games room with table tennis air hockey and table football - access to swimming pool in sister hotel 10 mins walk away - opposite green run and 5 mins walk from gondola - reasonably priced taxi from airport arranged by hotel in under an hour Really enjoyed our stay so thankyou x x

The last year in summer me and my family visited this wonderful place. We haven't been enchanted only by the landscape, but also by the accommodating people especially in the Hotel Kristall. Everything was just so perfect as it could be. After our arrival the owner herself came to show us our assigned parking place and then she went to introduce us everything we needed in the hotel. Although me and my family were here due to the covid in adverse time period for travelling, with the kind help of the hotel staff, the unfotunate situation affected us minimally. The meal enthralled us all too. We spent a great time here and we already cannot wait to return.

Die freundliche Begrüßung am regnerischen Tag war die erste von vielen schönen Erfahrungen im Hotel. Uns wurde das Zimmer gezeigt, die Kinder wurden herzlich begrüßt, alles wurde gleich erklärt. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern einfach ideal, Kinderwagennutzung, Hochstuhl mit Neugeborenenaufsatz beim Essen Babybett im Zimmer... nachdem unser 4 Jähriger am Kinderbuffett satt war, konnte er sich im Spielezimmer oder bei der Kinderbetreuung austoben, während wir unser mehrgängiges Menü genossen haben. Ich habe noch nie so gut vegetarisch nährstoffreich gegessen! Der Spielplatz mit Kaninchen und Ziegen ist abgelegen von der Straße, deshalb konnte ich auch mal auf einem der Trampolins liegend die Aussicht genießen, während mein Kind sich austobte. Unsere Kinder durften nach Anfrage ihren ersten Saunagang in der Hotelsauna genießen. Ausflugstipps zu aktuellem Wetter gab's immer in der Hotelpost zum Frühstück. Die Lage war mit Kindern 10 Minuten Laufweg von Gondelbahn und Ortsmitte ideal. Durch die Lage etwas abseits hatten wir wunderbare Ruhe, spontane Spaziergänge in der Natur und wenig Trubel vorm Hotel. Nach einer sehr schwierigen Geburt hat mir dieser Urlaub mit 3 Monate altem Baby wirklich Erholung verschaffen können. Wenn wieder Urlaub Nähe Salzburg, dann im Hotel Kristall!

Ein Hotel in dem man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Essen, saubere und zeitgemäße Zimmer, auch für mehrere Kinder, Möglichkeiten zur Kinderbeschäftigung im Hotel und auf dem hoteleigenen Spielplatz und zentral aber ruhig gelegen

Es war unser erster (und sicherlich nicht letzter) Aufenthalt im Hotel Kristall. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit toller Gartenanlage inkl. Spielmöglichkeiten und Tieren für die Kinder. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und steht für sämtliche Fragen beratend und unterstützend zur Seite.

Ein toller Ort für die ganze Familie! Im Hotel Kristall findet man schnell die Erholung, die es braucht, um als junge Familie einmal abschalten zu können. Für jeden ist was dabei. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue unglaublich wohl bei der Familie Hettegger und ihrem Team. Bis zum nächsten Mal :)

Familie Hettegger ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel sehr sauber und es gibt morgens und abends gutes Essen - in Summe für Familien perfekt. Die Kinder hatten durchgehend Spaß. Auch das Schwimmbad im Tauernhof macht Spaß. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
