Overall, the hotel has potential, and most staff were friendly, but there are significant areas for improvement in customer service and operations. Firstly, they began work on the pool and hot tub the day after I arrived for a two-week course, yet charged €91 per week for amenities—what amenities are left? The spa had an unpleasant odor, and the gym was quite small. While the sauna was nice, I was surprised to find it was co-ed, which wasn’t what I expected. Additionally, I was charged for tap water, and when I requested water in the spa for our group, the receptionist mentioned there was no staff available. I asked for my food to be heated in the kitchen as there was no microware and I was told no. There was no staff after hours. When I asked to check out the night before my early flight, he initially said he couldn’t assist until I explained my situation. Lastly, I wouldn't recommend exchanging currency at the reception, as the rates were not favorable. The rooms and housekeeping were good, but the view was disappointing. For the price I paid and the long distance I traveled to get there, the experience didn't meet expectations, and there wasn't much to do.
