Everything was perfect. It was like sleeping in a cloud - the bed was so comfy. The hotel is beautiful throughout and the pool and view is fantastic. The staff are all so friendly. It was a really special experience to stay there and I will be back.

The hotel was amazing. We had the most special time there. All the stuff was very professional and accommodating -Especially Oliver, that made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to help us with everything and anything that we needed during our stay. Perfect location Amazing views Can’t wait to go back there again.

A very beautiful hotel in amazing settings with staff offering first class service. the facilities of the hotel are of top quality. The location of the hotel on relation to the ski areas is acceptable - in particular when using the short cut to the lifts, however a shuttle service would be recommendable.

Very nice ambience with the flair of history, but still modern. Very good evening menu in the beautiful ballroom. Top-notch wellness area. Pure luxury with a view of white mountain peaks. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. You could also use the wellness area of the bathing castle.

We ate in the restaurant and although it was expensive, it was very tasty. We actually wanted to plan a business event there and asked for someone who could tell us something about the renovation and maybe show us around a bit. The manager we were referred to was rude and arrogant - because my husband dared to take a look at the pool (no one was there). We were rudely escorted out after we had eaten there for over 500 euros!!! The business event will now take place somewhere else.

Historic house with excellent ambience and services. Wellness area with sauna and infinity pool with a unique view of Bad Gastein - simply unbeatable. Staff very courteous and very concerned about the well-being of the guests... simply perfect. You feel completely at home at all times!

As soon as we arrived, the car was taken to the garage. Then we moved into the room. It was a bit small, but everything was very nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. From the mini balcony we had a good view of the surroundings. The wellness area was incredibly beautiful. The warm outdoor pool was particularly worth a stay. Great view of the Gastein waterfall, right next to the hotel. Relaxation room comfortable in the My stylish. Breakfast was also sufficient. You could order egg dishes and the coffee was brought to the table. The evening meal is expensive and needs improvement. Otherwise everything was very good, including the service!
