Wonderful hotel in central location. Definitely will be returning. The ambience was lovely and it felt really special. We have stayed in other hotels in Wiesbaden but this one is the one we would definitely go back to.

Bij binnenkomst viel direct een vieze geur op. Het hotel ligt direct aan het spoor waar veel goederentreinen voorbij razen. Ook in de nacht. Wij hadden een familiekamer geboekt, deze was zonder overleg omgeboekt. Verder deed de tv het niet goed en werd het water onder de douche niet warm. Het ontbijt was zelf service en qua hoeveelheid matig. Ook de eetzaal is sfeerlos met oude verdroogde nepbloemen. Daarnaast lopen er ook 2 honden los. Wij vinden honden leuk maar vinden het niet zo hygienisch in een eetzaal. Er waren toevallig filmopnames in de morgen. De gastvrouw was drukker met de filmploeg dan met haar betalende gasten. Een van de slechtere hotels sinds tijden!
