Excellent location, nice staff, amazing calm chateau with a nice park around. Dinner was excellent and breakfast even more! Hotel is very comfortable, rooms are simple but functional. No TV at the room is advantage-you must enjoy mojntains rather than stupid TV shows.

Tolles Hotel mit äußerst netten Mitarbeitern, spitzen Frühstück und Abendessen in wunderschöner Lage. Wir waren begeistert!! Absolut empfehlenswert. Es gibt auch einen schönen Saunabereich und ein Spielzimmer für die Kinder, das ihnen auch sehr gefallen hat.

Alleinreisend unterwegs zu sein ist meistens eine Challenge, in diesem Haus jedoch fühlt man sich willkommen und man wird wahrgenommen. Die grösse des Hauses erlaubt es, sich an verschiedenen Plätzen aufzuhalten, d.h. wer Gesellschaft sucht findet sie, wer es ruhig mag findet Stille und Entspannung. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen war es für mich als Vegetarier einfach, denn es wurde dankender weise auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Das Einzelzimmer war zweckmässig und sauber. Ich war sehr erfreut keinen TV im Zimmer zu haben (wie kann man sowas vermissen?). Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Alleine der Sternenhimmel ist ein Wahnsinn....

Lage : toll! Frühstück + Abendessen : gut, auch mit guten vegetarischen Optionen Zimmer: naja. Einrichtung der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig : Doppelzimmer Superior mit kahlen, teils fleckigen Wänden (1 unmotiviertes Bild) und minimalistisch ausgestattet (Bett (Plastikfurnier) , kleiner Tisch, 2 Sessel; kein gemütlicher Lehnstuhl, keine Couch) Sehr langsames WLAN (leider auch schlechter Mobilfunkempfang)

Schön im Eisenerz Gebiet eingebettet und ruhige Umgebung. Toller Garten und schönes Schlossfeeling. Zimmer ok leider kein TV was wir nicht wussten. Massage sehr gut und abends gab es ein fixes Menü was auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Können wir empfehlen fürs wandern in der Umgebung.

Wir kommen schon über 10 Jahren immer wieder ins Naturhotel Schloss Kassegg und haben auch heuer wieder die Osterfeiertage mit unserem Hund dort verbracht. Es waren wie immer ein ganz besondere Tage. Außergewöhnliche Hundefreundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, top Betreuung, super Essen - ganz klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, das Wildmenü war ebenso sehr ansprechend und die Sauna, welche man für sich allein buchen kann, ermöglicht nach einer Wandertour in der Umgebung Entspannung pur. Werden auf jeden Fall bald wieder einen Aufenthalt buchen!
