Great location, great staff (Elizabeth, Taylor, and Marco specifically), great food (too much!). We had one of our best ski holidays ever. We highly recommend this hotel/location. It was perfect for us driving from Stuttgart. The only complaint we can come up with is that our room was a bit too warm even with the temperature turned all the way down and the window opened as much as it would open (top only).

Great hotel on a fantastic location on top of the Arlberg. We visit the hotel now since a couple of years and really like the atmosphere. The chef serves every day a nice, divers menu. Breakfast has all what it needs. Big spa area to relax after a busy day of skiing.

Such a great hotel in great location (St Christoph) if you are happy being outside the noisier St Anton. Having said that, it is but 10mins away on the bus or taxi so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Hotel is ski in/out which is great. Within the hotel, be prepared to feel like you've arrived in a friend's fine country house and they are serving you the most delicious 5 course meals every evening. Everyone was so friendly. Skis can be hired from a short walk away (Alber Sport) and they have an arrangement for return such that you only have to leave them in the boot room by the stairs. There a spa downstairs where you can rest your weary limbs. A great option for long weekend or week (or more) skiing.

Cheating customer, terrible hotel management and overpriced offer make my worst hotel experience in South Tirol. I strongly recommend that you need to think twice before you decide to stay at this hotel which cheats its customer!!! I booked a Junior Suite for 3 days stay over the new year eve 2022. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked. Instead of a Suite I got a small hotel room, the promised double sofa bed is replaced by a tiny sofa since the room is too small, the worst part is the bathroom, which is barely qualified for one star hotel. I went to the reception and asked for clarification. The lady from the reception checked the system and firmly replied to me no mistake is made. The room I got is exactly what I booked. I had to show her the confirmation email I received from the hotel. At the end, she has no choice but told me all rooms are sold out and she will talk to the hotel owner and give me a feedback. At the time when I checked out, nobody from the hotel has ever contacted me. I raised the question again, this time the hotel owner finally admits it’s probably a mistake and offered 110 EUR for a total cost of 2200 EUR for 3 days stay as compensation, probably in exchange that I will not put this story on the internet. As next step, I will file a complaint to the responsible authority in South Tirol, hopefully no more people become a victim like me. The bottom line is that cheating customer is always a very bad way to conduct business.

We spent one week skiing and enjoying this lovely hotel, nicely placed next to the slopes and chair lift allowing access to the entire domain. The hotel staff is very supportive and attentive, the facilities (ski room, spa area) are well thought and maintained. Food was very good and diverse. We had half board and we always felt we had too much. Fully recommend it.

I was torn on this - some things about hotel are 5 star and some are 3 star. Positives: - Ski-on/off - decent food - good sized rooms (furnishings tired but extremely well-maintained) - Friendly staff - good ski-rental shop is 2 min walk (Alberg) Negatives: - awful/unreliable internet (may not affect you but we had to work remotely apre ski so it ******) - ski locker system not great and requires walking spiral staircase in boots - a bit of a 'locals only' vibe - many regulars who understand how everything is supposed work (ordering food, storing skis, etc) and staff gives you side-eye if you don't already know exactly the house rules Overall a pretty good choice and St. Chistoph snow/mountain/skiing superior to St. Anton, Zurs, Lech. Note that no ski-school in St. Christoph, so families may want to look elsewhere. Also, there is no convenience store in St. Christoph - maybe i'm being nitpicky but literally impossible to buy a bottle of water.

I was with my wife and our son. We stayed in room 332, a junior suite. The room was perfect for our needs with the bathroom between the two rooms. St Christoph is a small lost place in the middle of the mountains. It is very quite at night. The result is that you sleep very well. It is at 1800 m. The result is more snow. My wife loves the spa( included). We had a parking place in the garage (also included). Food was very good. Staff was very nice and helpful ( excellent advices for skying in Lech) You can leave and reach the hotel on the skies. Alber Sport , the ski rental shop, bring your skies to the hotel and take them back. Wonderful service that is. Iin conclusion we had a very good stay. Frau Wechelsberger, the owner, is quite a character. She is the boss But we liked her and admired her energy for her age. Congratulations to her. Also don’t forget to eat at the iconic Hospiz Alm , next door to the hotel.

We had a large comfortable room with beautiful views across St Christophe from the front. Bathroom was dated but large and functional. Overall we felt the room was good value. We ventured to the steam room in the spa area a few times which was nice. The ski room has lockable ski lockers (opened with your key card), though can be a cramped area when everyone is trying to put boots on. It is ski out and sort of ski in, though you have to push from the last run on a flat area and then walk the last part - but that is splitting hairs. Beware though that if you pick up from the ski school then you either have to head back up the chairlift to get back to ski to the hotel or face a good 10 or 15 minute uphill walk back to the hotel. Wi-fi is quite variable, with very slow or no internet in the evening, though no doubt the number of tweens and teens meant a lot of bandwidth was in demand during the NYE week. The restaurant is spacious yet cosy and a lot of aesthetic effort has gone in to how it is presented. Food quality was consistently very high. The downside to the restaurant was the sometimes very lengthy wait times at dinner. As you place your orders at breakfast for the coming evening, this should not really be the case. For families with younger children it can mean keeping them entertained at the table when they really need to be in bed ready for skiing the next day. We often ended up with our son in bed much later than we wanted, with a knock on effect the next day. A low point for us was the New Year’s Eve gala dinner. This went on far too long with huge gaps between the courses. The table next to us gave up half way through the dinner. After an hour, we had to ask for our son’s main course - he’s only 10 and had been skiing all day and really needed to get some food into him. Initially I was told it would still be a long time because of the number of covers they had in. I had to insist he got his main course, and they were pretty grumpy about me doing that. When the dish came I wondered if it was deliberate that it was very inadequate in size - more suited to a five year old. Indeed we saw those children at other tables who waited out the two hours for their main courses got a superior meal than he did. I ended up giving him my steak when that eventually arrived, about three hours after we had originally st down, and not having a main course myself. The restaurant and head waiter did however make this up to my son on the two subsequent nights. He received decent portion perfectly cooked meals, including a large superb fillet steak on one evening, and the service on our last night was prompt. So perhaps the slow service was a Christmas period issue. We were feeling pretty positive overall, putting the NYE experience aside, until our final bill experience. I don’t want to overplay this, but it was upsetting at the time. A couple of days into our stay we had been given to sign one breakfast a small
