The hotel does not have a parking lot and you need to park outside at your own expense. When I arrived at noon, I was stopped by the security guard of the scenic spot and was told that the car could not enter. I called the hotel but the line was always busy. When I finally got through, the instructions were unclear, so I had to go to two parking lots. From parking, buying tickets, waiting for the hotel's JetBlue car, to waiting for registration, it took half an hour in total. There are few staff members during the peak season and a lack of clear guidance, which leads to a poor check-in experience. The room was clean and tidy, but there was no hair dryer, there was not enough hot water for showering at night, and the front desk was not connected when I called.

Facilities: relatively simple, mattress is too soft Hygiene: A lot of spider webs, bugs on the sink, and a footprint on the bed sheet. I asked the aunt to replace it with a new one. We checked in at 22:00, but the hotel front desk's attitude was as if we were staying in a hotel without paying. There was a musty smell mixed with paint in the room, a true evaluation.

Finally an hour later, the customer service said that you can buy tickets to the scenic spot and shuttle bus tickets, and bring your luggage by yourself, which will be faster. 😓😓I was completely speechless. Why didn’t you say it earlier? Why didn’t you tell me this plan an hour later when I got angry? You also said that everyone comes here to have fun. How can I be happy when you've wasted an hour of my time in the parking lot? Ok, finally I took the shuttle bus to the hotel. There was no elevator on the floor above my room. I carried my luggage to the third floor and found that the door lock was broken. Another speechless incident. I contacted the customer service again. The customer service came up and tried it again and confirmed that it didn’t work. He ran downstairs to change the card and said he would change the room. Okay, I waited for the customer service to come up after changing the door card and went to the next room. When I opened the door, it was a standard room 😓😓I booked a king-size bed room. Then the customer service tried to persuade me to stay in this standard double room, speechless. It's your mistake, why should I bear the responsibility for your mistake? After another round of communication, we were finally able to get a king-size room on the fourth floor of another building. I've already spent more than an hour and a half here. The reception capacity is not good and the hotel facilities are not satisfactory. I read some comments before and someone said that the water temperature here is not good, sometimes it is so cold that it kills you, and sometimes it is so hot that it kills you. It is true that after taking a shower, you have to keep adjusting the switch to enjoy the "wonderful experience" brought by the alternation of hot and cold water. I also asked for so-called welcome fruits, but they didn't include anything. I had to call to negotiate, and they said they would give it to me the next day, and an extra portion. It's not the fruit that matters to me, the service is the key. I spent so much money but didn't get the service that matched the price. The experience was extremely bad and I'm speechless.

時值淡季，酒店和景區都非常安靜，可以靜下心來慢慢遊玩，店家升級了塌塌米房，超級大，不誇張説，住10個人都沒有問題，床品新凈，200+，包早餐，性價比高，因為住客少，早餐就品種不多，味道還行，吃飽絕對沒問題。

酒店位置靠近程陽八寨售票廳，方便遊玩。酒店設計風格古色古香的，木質結構的建築。我們住在二樓，晚上發生了點小插曲不過很快就解決了，為此老闆送了水果以表歉意，因為是木質結構的建築，晚上睡覺有點冷，多要了兩床被子，總之還是挺好的。
